The ambience is perfect. We had some live music being played.  The French toast was pretty good, however, it had a slight taste of fish or seafood. I bet they use the same griddle for multiple things. But perhaps it wasn’t cleaned enough. The the Belgian waffles were cooked very well but that’s fruit cantaloupe and grapes were a little over right. For the price you should still be able to get some strawberries and bananas. One strip of bacon with the southern breakfast also feels cheap. Scrambled eggs were cooked too long and were not fluffy. The beignets were large and a good value.

Food court service is good, but bar service socks. Overcharged, added a water bottle, even didn't ask for or wanted it for $3+ (a total ripoff as bartender knew I was a tourist), but the drink was good. I don't mind spending dough but don't like to be ripped off like this. People be careful. Just say no to the water bottle and save your hard earned money rather than getting ripped off.

First time here, and it was delish!! It's a nice outdoor seating cafe nestled between plants like a garden with live music. I tried the Cajun hashbrowns & my Mom had the BBQ Shrimp & Grits... both meals were good... and the best grits I'd ever had! They were super creamy! I also had an Iced Caramel Au Lait... really good coffee!! Worth a try. Especially with the beignets... which we decided on the caramel praline... so fresh & so warm!!

The Cafe Beignet, Bourbon Street is what it is. The atmosphere is great, lively, colorful and interesting. I think most tourists will have a great time. The musical entertainment is fun. The food is certainly okay but not the reason to come here or anything special. They offer counter service and self seating.  The staff is friendly and do their job but it is not a great service sort of place.

We ordered fish and beignets. Don't waste money on the fish plates. The beignets were okay,  I think they could of been a little better.  Customer service was average. The servers were being over worked but they did their best. The live band was the best part. The atmosphere was welcoming.
