Wonderful stay at The Rittenhouse. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet at La Croix was very nice. Wonderful croissants !! Tea Time at the Mary Cassatt Tea Room was very nice… The hotel is close to many nice restaurants and shopping areas. The park is right out front. Would definitely stay here again !!

Stayed here for a few days after Christmas in a one bedroom suite. Had an excellent time, comfortable bed, great room service and a beautiful view. I also left a valuable watch in the room and it was turned in to security and returned to me the next day, which is a level of trustworthiness you don't always find.

We stayed at the Rittenhouse in January 2025 for 1 night and had an excellent experience, including a smooth early check-in and valet service. It was great to be able to enjoy the great gym and sauna on such a cold day. We can't wait to return!

All vehicles are mandatory valet which is fine. My fiance and I left his diabetic medication in the car and when I went downstairs to request the valet attendant to bring the car back he quickly dismissed my request and used inappropriate language to justify how he would refuse to get my vehicle because it was parked up 6 stories with no elevator. I feel like because I am an ethnic woman I was treated this way. The valet attendant gave me directions to my car and told me I had to go get it myself because he didn’t want to go across the street to the garage to bring my car down and then drive it back. I have never felt this disrespected before. This is disappointing after driving 2 hours to stay and experience this hotel.

The hotel is wonderful, and the customer service is extremely fast and efficient. I coordinated a small three-day event for my executives and received all the support I needed from the team, especially from Rylee Hoel, who did everything possible to assist us and accommodate our needs.

One of my executives forgot his computer at the hotel, and we were promptly assisted, with the security team providing all the necessary help to locate it. Paul also went out of his way to ship the computer to us via FedEx.

Thank you so much for all the help! We will definitely do business with you again.
