The best BBQ place we have found anywhere. The Brisket is second to none, and though I am not usually a fan of mac and cheese, theirs is the best I have ever found. It is completely irresistible. Also the coleslaw and the potato salad are top contenders. The current location is in a sleepy off the beach neighborhood which is very charming, but they are moving to a much bigger place right at the entrance of the harbor soon. If they maintain the quality of their food, the new much bigger place will be constantly packed!

Superb bbq and excellent cornbread! Not much area to sit but take out is quick. The brisket and chicken are excellent as well as the sides!

By Bay Area standards, this is top-tier BBQ. 4.5 stars for the food, rounding up to 5. I'd say the brisket is excellent, ribs are very good (although a bit too "soft"), and the sausage is OK. Slaw is light and tangy - perfect for balancing out the salt and fat. Mac and cheese has actual good cheese flavor - but it's really rich, so go for the small size. Friendly service. Would definitely return.

Entering a brisket BBQ joint is a treat itself due to the amazing smell but the level of taste, juiciness, and creativity with the pulled pork and sauces makes this a must. all the pictures combined total cost $60 which in San Francisco would cost you half the portions, and $120. The server was awesome and convinced me to try all the items on the menu in the future with the burnt-end brisket burger being the next choice.

Fatty Brisket - very tender and juicy but you do need to use their BBQ sauce otherwise there isn't much flavor.

Apple coleslaw - compliments their meats

Ribs - good rub but the meat was extremely tough and dry.

Also, the prices are a bit high for the size of their portions.
