I highly recommend trying something new and going with the Chefs tasting menu. 🤤 I’m not usually an adventurous eater, but because it was my birthday I went for it. I do not eat or enjoy Seafood, but the poke was like velvet in my mouth and I would certainly eat it again… from here at least. Service was impeccable and while the restaurant was completely packed, it wasn’t chaotic.

We ate here on the nice patio and had a very nice meal. The tuna poke was out of this world good. I should have had 3 for dinner. My husband’s pork chop was great too, and service was on point. The owner, Valette, even came out to say hello.

If you come to Healdsburg or are even remotely close, make this place a stop. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. Service was impeccable, food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very nice. We were fortunate to sit at a six too close to the kitchen. Best seats in the house as we were able to see all of the wonderful dishes being put out by the Chef and Sous Chefs. We will definitely come back during our next visit to wine country.

Valette offers a unique and stellar level of service. Having a background in the culinary industry. You “notice ” little things when it comes to dining out….”The little things are sometimes the most important.

Attached is a photo of the menu placed on the table from a general open table reservation. Not pictured is the handwritten birthday card. The food quality was fresh & well-executed. The level of service from Isaac & Aaron(the proprietor) Is still at the forefront of my mind. A month later, I am leaving a 5 Star Review if
