My recent experience at Rolf and Daughters in Nashville was quite enjoyable overall. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, and while I initially considered sitting on their outdoor patio, I ultimately chose to dine inside. The patio was appealing, but the flat benches without backrests didn’t seem ideal for a long, relaxing meal. I wanted to sit back and enjoy the evening, so the indoor seating was a better fit for me. Inside, we were seated at a long communal table next to other diners, which wasn’t an issue and actually added to the cozy and social vibe of the place.

The food was delicious, although I did find the four main courses to be a bit on the salty side. That said, the dishes were still enjoyable, and the flavors were well-crafted. The drinks were excellent, perfectly complementing the meal, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the dining experience.

We tried quite a few dishes, and as you can see from my photos, they were beautifully presented and full of flavor. Despite my minor critique about the salt level, I look forward to returning to Rolf and Daughters. It’s a place that offers a great blend of ambiance, food, and service, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Nashville.

To say this place has an eclectic menu would be putting it mildly. The four of us, and the tables around us, were all actively googling the menu items. If it had a 5 ingredient description, you had to look up two items!
That being said, with some blind faith ordering, we were delighted with the chef’s ingredient combinations and were pleased with our meals. Atmosphere - this place is small and crowded. Service was outstanding and drinks were creative.

This place was awesome! Found on Resy, made reservations for our 2 year anniversary. Service was awesome! Our server was very detailed and informative, explaining the menu. Now the food, wow! Highly recommend. We tried several dishes because they all sounded so good! None disappointed. Again, I highly recommend this place. Try something different!

We were here a few weeks ago and our group agreed that Rolf is the best restaurant in Nashville and in our top list worldwide.
The service (Stefanie B.) was excellent and she was so very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
Ambiance of the restaurant itself is amazing and hearing the back of the house in action was great!
All the dishes were amazing but the Stracciatella and Agnolotti made us fall out of our chairs.
The rotating menu, fresh ingredients (you can tell), and effort put into these amazingly creative dishes is just outstanding.
Will come back again and again and again!

The food sucked!! They gave us a tab for food we never consumed. There was many mediocre to bad meals for our group of 4.  They gave us free mediocre desserts in order to charge us full price.
I will never be back. The presentation was so sad for Nashville. Who does a presentation that looks like maggots on the top of a dry over sauced  pork chop (picture included) I’m done, after 6 times,  they don’t have another chance.
Management was only about my tab, not their delivery. I was embarrassed for the manager, they just don’t get it. The gave us a tab and all of our food was still on the plates. It was a loud statement of their establishment.
