I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have had great experiences with staff at the drive-thru and food was well made and delicious.

This little Caesar's pizza location is by far the worse, nothing is never hot and ready. The drive through is always long and takes a very long time, never wait for pizza at a drive through. although you can order online ahead of time to pick up your pizzas but nope you'll be lucky if its ready. the staff is very rude! on a couple of occasions I seen one of the employees arguing in the back with the manager, like wow! how professional. its like a dysfunctional family running this little Caesar's. I only get pizza from this location because I like this to try the different items that is new to the menu WHEN AVAILABLE but I definitely wouldn't come here to to buy dinner on a regular. I wonder if corporate has ever came and checked in? probably not this location is such a hot spot, yes busy as mentioned but its not running right and this place needs a tune up!

The pizza wasn't hot. They were generous with the pepperoni, but the cheese was like plastic. The pizza was low quality.... But I guess you can't expect much for $6.00 and some change.

This is by far, by 1000x far the slowest pizza place ever, there's no possible way another place can be slower than this lol I'm glad the opening a marcos pizza right across the street. If you're a manager and read this, swap your staff for people that actually feel like working, double your sales guarantee. Took 1:23 to get my half cheese and half pepperoni pizza order I didn't order anything else. Don't believe me? Try and order at this location.

I just came back a few minutes ago from picking up my order. We ordered bread sticks, marinara sauces, wings, and pizza. The only thing that was ok to eat tonight was the wings. The rest of my order was not fit to leave that place! The sauce was spoiled. The crazy bread looked like they just threw in a bunch of scraps. The pizza wasn't even the right one. We ordered pepperoni & they gave us sausage. It's like they just packed up all the leftover scraps, and threw them into a bag. They didn't even bother trying. I hope this location closes down. Disgusting food, and terrible customer service. Zero stars!

If there was a zero star, I would choose that. The employees here act like you are bothering them by ordering food. Crazy to order food at a food chain I guess. I usually give them 30-40 minutes to make my online orders because every time I try to pick up on time, it's never ready. Tonight I went through the drive through. I had three cars in front of me, they each left one by one without even getting food or paying. I'm guessing the drive through worker told them they stopped serving pizzas. It was 9:40pm. Supposedly they close at 10pm. When I got to the window, I mentioned I had an online order I had already paid for. The cashier said they didn't have that name...he said this without looking at his screen. After I tried showing him my app he suggested I was at the wrong store. What was simply either give me my money back or give me the pizza, turned into him saying they don't have the pizza order and I will have to reach out to my bank for refund. Save to say I should have read the reviews because my goodness this place is horrible!

0 stars if possible! Horrible service, order elsewhere if you can. I ordered for pick up through the drive thru and was there waiting 30 minutes before I got off the car to ask about my order. They had the wrong pizzas for my order, I waited another 10 minutes before I just left the store without the pizzas because the staff was laughing and playing like little kids in the back, super loud you could hear it at the front where there were another 5 customers waiting and pissed off because they had not gotten their "pick up" order. Not even to place a new order, just for pick up. I'm not against a good ambiance at work, I get it no none wants to be working on a Saturday night and I wouldn't be upset if they were doing their "job" while having a good time. Anyways, just a heads up!

Another chain restaurant with no individuality...that is my best assessment of this place. I love that this particular Little Caesars is a corner/end business, which allows for the option of drive thru as well. On any given day, you typically will have a friendly staff, but I must reiterate...there is nothing special about this place. This is the normal Little Caesars that you have come used to visiting.

The customer service here is laughable, lack there of. I'm a very patient person I don't believe at being upset at people just doing their job that's why is surprising that every time I come to this location it's the worst experience. From employees hanging up the phone on me to managers yelling not to me but in my face. I'm not the only one who feels this way, every time I go in there there are customers that have been waiting for more than 30 mins, and we bond over how horrible it's all become. I'll keep my promise and never step foot in there again, just awful.

Slow af . Theyll have you waiting to take your order at the drive thru for like 30 mins. Service is horrible. Young employees always messing around instead of doing their job , at this point either shut this location down or get new responsible employees.
