The resort is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. The outdoor hot tub, sauna, and indoor hot tub with high pressure waterfall (yeah, you read that correctly), are awesome!
We had noisy, inconsiderate people above us that kept us up until 2 in the morning. The next day, we asked to be moved to another room. The front desk manager, Danielle, was very apologetic (it wasn't her fault) and couldn't be nicer, arranging for another room. The next night was a much better experience. Her attention to the customer experience was flawless. We didn't need much, just a quiet night's sleep, but she went well beyond to made sure we had a positive experience. She is a fantastic representative of your resort.

*I only used the spa facilities.* The front desk staff was nice upon arrival for a smooth check in. I had the most amazing massage by Marilyn! When using the spa facility you get access to the locker room with a hot tub, sauna, steam room and a private ladies lounge. I wish they had signs in the ladies lounge that it was a quiet zone. You also gain access to the hotel indoor pool and hot tub, plus the outdoor pool and hot tub. The day I used the facility, there were lots of children at the pool. It was fine, I usually just prefer a quiet relaxing experience. When ordering & eating food, you could only be in the main pool area. I will say the food was great! While I would not rush back to use the facilities at TopNotch Resort, I would go schedule another massage with Marilyn again in a heartbeat.

We are locals and access the spa at Topnotch frequently. The spa is lovely, and the staff is very accommodating. Our services were excellent and we enjoyed the fabulous waterfall hot tub, the pool, sauna and steam for the afternoon after our service. We were able to have lunch poolside making our day easy and very enjoyable. 5 stars!

My wife and I just returned from our trip to Stowe Vermont.  We were very excited about our stay at the Topnotch Resort after seeing all of the photos.  The property is beautiful and offers some nice amenities although most at an additional cost.  We have traveled the world and stayed at mid to highend hotels so we have a very good idea typically of expectations at certain price points.  The fact that there was no complimentary breakfast at this price point is very disappointing.  We stayed at 3 other hotels on this trip that were much less expensive and they all offered a complimentary breakfast and all day coffee bars.  The staff seemed friendly but the rooms are in need of a refresh.  The walls were all scuffed, the TV stand and dresser veneer were all bubbling and peeling and the shower and tub had mildew in the grout .  I would not expect any of this things at this premium price point.  The recipe is there for an amazing property but it seems like things are not being maintained.  Overall I think there are better options in the area for much less $$.

Great spot for our visit to Stowe in the summer. Front desk, management and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Any issues and they respond immediately. Our condo was very spacious with every amenity you’d need. The facilities are top notch too, the gym, spa, pools, so much going on here. On-site restaurant The Roost is a gem too.
