Nut allergy friendly, didn't even ask for the pizzas.

Home of some great street pizzas at a pretty high price, Mario's was a nice stop to grab some NY style pizza. We got a medium Hawaiian and large Pepperoni for about $60 to go. Took about 20 minutes for them to come out. I'd say overall they don't travel amazingly, as even 15 minutes away the large Pepperoni got a bit soggy from the steam. Still a solid NY style option, with the biggest downside being that it is pricey. The large 18" feels a lot better to eat than the medium.

Also, they wouldn't pick up the phone for the 2-3 times we tried so I'm not sure how easy it is to order ahead.

the pizza is a 6.5 max. too floppy and the sauce is not right. the crisp is crazy though. the beer tastes diluted. honestly no thoughts other than its a very average/below average spot in a great location.

Be careful of this individual. I have lived and worked in Seattle for over a decade, and a huge fan and patron of Big Mario’s for 10
Years.  Our treatment tonight by this individual whose name I was told was Kiyo was unacceptable and disturbing.

A group of friends and I visited Mario’s around 12:45 am after I had finished a shift at a local bar down the street. I tried asking thru the window if they were still open (they were) but was fully ignored by this employee. They then responded to the ONLY Caucasian individual in our group letting them know they were open.  After I expressed my frustration that they ignored me and only
Responded to the white person in our group, I was told that they “were having a bad day”.  I responded with my feeling that it was unacceptable to treat patrons in this manner no matter your personal life, and was then told that they would no longer serve me, but that they would still serve the only Caucasian individual we were with.

Our group ultimately Left and chose to go to A Pizza Mart (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), which is another pizza place around the corner.

I don’t write bad reviews. I don’t normally write any reviews. But the behavior of this employee toward a group of black and brown individuals was absolutely abhorrent and worthy of being shared online.

Great pizza here. Some very rude and prejudice staff that unfortunately have ruined the years of positive experiences I have had at this establishment. Legal fillings will follow as the situation did escalate from there thru further discriminatory actions by this individual.

AVOID this employee if at all possible.

Was at a friends place and wanted a pizza and local…was getting tired of dominos. Found this place on google maps and saw they had a margarita. Went to the restaurant and walked in and immediately it was a vibe; hardcore EDM playing and guys behind the counter were jamming. Ordering we no issue and guys were great, 11/23 @3:30pm. Had a beer while I waited for my pie which only took 15min. Opened it up and it smelled amazing. Got back to my friends place and overall the taste was good and happy with the medium size. Will be back to try a calzone!  Pizza is definitely a person to person thing but happy I found this place.
