We had one of our best meals here. The service was great, the place is really well decorated and feels cozy. The food was delicious! Some of the best oysters I’ve had.

The food was great! but this oversized waitress in the outside area made us move our table SO CLOSE to the next table that I keep accidentally  hitting my elbow to the corner of that table. It’s not our fault that she can’t fit in the space, and instead of telling your customer to move the table, she should lose some weights or find a workspace that has more space for her to bus her table.

Yum!!  So tasty, and such a charming little oyster bar.  We ate well, and recommend everything we got, but also can’t wait to go back and try everything else.  Also very interested to check out barnacle bar next door next time we visit.

Love love love oysters, and this place not only delivers on amazingly fresh oysters, all the food was delicious.

There's also an adjoining bar that you can dine at while waiting for your table, which we did. Cocktails and all the bar snacks were outstanding.

We were a table of four and enjoyed a lot of delicious food, drinks and company. While we talked a lot and ate slowly, we never felt rushed or pressured. Super friendly and comfy vibes, great buzzing atmosphere. Such a great time!!

We definitely want to come back and try more of the delicious food and drinks on offer.

Best oysters bar in Seattle. Try to come early usually they are packed. I got there at 4pm. There was somebody waiting to get in already. Overall, great experience to having dinner here.

Liten tät unik atmosfär. Professionell Service. Högkvalitativ färsk mat. Bra portionsstorlek. Levde inte upp till våra smakförväntningar. Det är en meny med främst rå fisk och skaldjur. Med stor spänning gick vi till Valross & Snickare för att prova Wildtype Salmon, ett labb - odlad riktig - laxfilé. Jag kommer till det senare... 

Efter en väntan i baren med goda starka cocktails blev vi äntligen sittande på vad som påminner om ett barn högt - bord. Jag var tvungen att vara försiktig så att jag inte armbågade min granne från hans stol. Servicen var fläckig. Rätterna kom ut i slumpmässig ordning och vissa rätter glömdes bort. 

Tallrikarna var alla ganska underväldigande. Laxtallriken var en teaser, zucchinisalladen var för rik och salt, så var tomaterna och även rispuddingen. Smör var också väldigt salt, 100 dollar per person för vissa sallader är ganska brant. Räddningsbehaget var brödet, helt utsökt så vi fyllde på med det. 

Wildtype: smak fläck på, konsistens långt utanför. Hur då, frågar du? Tänk dig att tugga på en riskakssvamp. . .

Bra pub, cool inredning, utmärkt ales sortiment med superb kvalitet, Harvey’s var så utsökt och kan säga samma sak om maten, alla engelska traditionella huvudrätter. 
Personalen är mycket vänlig och kunnig, de erbjuder även prov på alla ales du vill prova. Vi älskade verkligen vår tid där.

Detta är en avslappnad plats för (dyra) små tallrikar med skaldjur. Fisk och skaldjur är av utmärkt kvalitet. Det finns massor av råa föremål som ceviche kammusslor och biff tartar. Deras stekta ostron var dock något av det bästa jag ätit. Du måste komma dit ganska tidigt för att ställa dig i kö om du inte vill vänta. Det var den negativa sidan. Det är mycket populärt. Hantverkscocktailarna är utmärkta. Servicen var mycket uppmärksam också.

Detta var den överlägset bästa måltiden vi hade medan vi besökte Seattle. Vi kom dit på öppningen för att få ett bord. Från färska ostron till bröd & smör, allt var av hög kvalitet gjord på färska lokala råvaror. Bra service av vänlig personal, vara omtänksam om vårt barns matpreferenser. Detta är en restaurang destination värt att resa för.

Recensenter har rätt - - denna lilla och packade restaurang erbjuder läckra och kreativt tillagade skaldjur men portionerna är alla mycket små och priserna höga.

Om du vill ha ostron i Seattle, är detta ett av ställena att gå. Lite ur vägen men nära till färdig stad och det blir packat snabbt. Vi var där 30 minuter innan de öppnade och stod först i kön, men när de öppnade var det nog 10 andra grupper som väntade. Vi satt i baren och tittade på ostron efter ostron som blev schuckade. De var färska, briny, och den perfekta konsistensen. Tillsätt några glas vitt vin eller en iskall öl och du har en fantastisk måltid. Det är en liten plats men har en ljus vit interiör och alla är på gott humör! Gå hit för läckra, perfekta ostron.

Första gången där. Jag verkade tajma det bra eftersom jag var solo och det såg ut som om andra väntade längre. Jag provade sju ostron var. Indigo, Baywater Sweet, Hammersley, Cliff Point, Summerston, Summer Blue och Sapphire. De glömde en i början men de rättade till misstaget. 

Åt även franska frukosträdisor med guacamole. Bra pepprig smak för rädisorna och guacamole var krämig. Öl gott också. Negativt där plast barstolar skadar din baksida och inte den mest bekväma, och disken var trångt. Du var precis ovanpå dina grannar. Inte tillräckligt med utrymme för mat och dryck.

Min man och jag hade planer för kvällen så vi kom precis innan öppning och satt snabbt vid ett bord när de öppnade, även om vi hade valet av baren också. Det tog inte lång tid för platsen att fylla, men tabellerna vände ganska snabbt. Vi stannade i Ballard specifikt för att äta här och det helt uppfyllde våra förväntningar. Vår server var enastående, mycket kunniga, vänliga och hjälpsamma, särskilt när det gäller att rekommendera hur många rätter att beställa och ge råd om serveringsstorlekar. Ostronen är otroliga! Vi njöt också av hälleflundra crudo, biff tartar, sparris och hälleflundra kragar. Kragarna var en special som vanligtvis erbjöds på fredagen, så vi hade bara tur att gå den dagen eftersom det var vår favoriträtt. Vansinnigt läcker! Vi har haft fiskhalsband förut och alltid njutit av dem, men vi kommer att vara sugna på dessa länge. Vi skulle återvända till Seattle bara för att äta detta igen (tillsammans med ostronen, naturligtvis). Jag drack en mousserande ros som var mycket god och kompletterade de olika rätterna väl. Lever definitivt upp till sitt rykte.

Extremt ogästvänlig bartender. Vi blev nekade att beställa en öl trots att vi var helt nyktra och 47år! Endast amerikanska gäster är välkomna här tydligen

Bartendern nekade oss tillträde då vi inte hade amerikanskt pass eller id. Vårt europeiska ID godkände inte av bartendern. Mycket oprofessionellt beteende då vi i sällskapet är kring 40år och har de ID vi normalt bär på oss 

Det finns en anledning till att människor står uppradade vid dörren. Färska lokala skaldjur konstnärligt framställda av vänliga människor i en avslappnad kausal atmosfär. Kammusslor i blodappelsin med basilika och fänkål exploderade med smak! Pollock var enastående (jag kan inte tro att jag sa det om pollock) så förberedd. Och brödet och smöret - wow. Ostron är specialiteten - så många färska lokala val. Bra jobbat!

Pittoreska restaurang som du inte skulle veta var där om du inte letade efter den. Enkel meny men körs Storslagen jag älskar hur nästan alla menyalternativ serveras som om du beställde en förrätt (amerikansk tapas). maten var utmärkt. Sittplatser kan verka lite trånga när du är mysig bredvid andra gäster. Om du är en mat, gå, kommer du att älska det här stället. Varning, skaldjur framåt. Efter allt detta är Seattle.

Denna plats är en pärla. Upptagen. Hög energi. Söt. Stor personal och mat. Fantastiskt ostronval. Jag försökte nio typer! Stor skaldjur (och annan mat) -meny. Älskade de rostade datumen i vaniljolja till dessert. Min Moskva mule hade en utsökt skarp ingefära. A +!

Sidan rätter var inte så tilltalande eller aptitretande och vi var tvungna att skicka tillbaka en maträtt eftersom det var för salt.

Vi tog med oss en gäst från CA för att äta här på grund av restaurangens höga betyg och vi blev mycket besvikna. Faktum är att min gäst uppgav att det var den värsta maten hon någonsin hade ätit.
