I've honestly never experienced customer service this confusing. I called in about a bagel that was made wrong it had no schmear and the person I spoke to on the phone told me they'd write my name down and I could come in for a replacement, no problem. Simple, right? When I showed up, the woman working told me she couldn't do anything and that I needed to talk to the specific person who originally wrote my name down. How would I even know who that was, or when they're working? No one mentioned anything about that when I called. So apparently, if the person who made the mistake isn't there, no one else can fix it which makes zero sense for any kind of business. I was literally told to "come back another day" to talk to someone I've never even met. Is this normal protocol? I've only ordered once here, so this was my second experience as a customer.

Love a good bagel with a lot of options. Here's a gem on Mercer Island. You can order online ahead or in store. Very prompt service. Lots of places to sit and sometimes the staff will chat about the day. Cozy spot for a great breakfast or lunch.

I door dashed Einstein Bro's Bagels yesterday for the first time ever and loved their All Nighter Egg Sandwich so much that I stopped by in person this morning to get some breakfast before work. I read all the negative reviews on Yelp when I pulled up my maps to navigate to the cafe, so I was curious about what kind of customer service I would receive. I am pleased to report that all the staff there were quick, efficient, and pleasant. I haven't tasted my breakfast burrito yet, but if it's going to be the same quality as the sandwich I had yesterday, then I will do a little happy dance.

This place is horrendously overpriced, over $3 for a bland bagel with no schmear. We got two kinds and despite having different toppings they tasted basically identical. No offer to slice or toast the bagel at the counter. QFC across the street has better and more affordable options.

We stopped by to get a cup of coffee. There was a lady behind the counter that yelled something at us, it was unclear what she said. Then as we were looking at the menu choices, the same lady, for no apparent reason, mocked my daughter. We left the place shortly thereafter. A truly appalling quality of service. p.s. there was a plastic cart full of drinks and cream cheese blocking the access to the counter. It seemed that nobody cared that it created an inconvenience for their customers.
