Cleansed Environment - Great Place Would Like To Enjoy - In Nice Development City Mercer Island

Came into Qdoba for a chicken bowl. For a great healthy fast meal this place is one of my favorites. Now 90% of the time I grab a make your own bowl. With many options to choose I grab chicken, pico, rice, lettuce , cheese and black beans. A healthy mixture and a bag of chips & pico to accompany my order. I make a suggestion if you by yourself grab the small bag o'chips it's enough for two diners... Just a note it's my favorite PICO and a guarantee it. Thanks for the lady who assisted me today. Super friendly and had a huge smile which is nice to see some pearly whites. Make sure you ask how he/she day is going. She appreciated it. Can't wait for a return visit and my last tip for the day is THE TACOS taste amazing. It's my other 10% order FYI...

A friend and I came here on a Thursday night around 8:15pm. I specify the time because if you're in the Mercer Island area you'll realize that very few quick bite places are open past 8pm. One of the restaurants across the street closed at 8:30pm and turned us away at 8:12pm saying that the kitchen was closed. So I was surprised to see that Qdoba was open till 10pm! My friend and I ordered bowls, one vegetarian and one with the adobo chicken. We received good service and the bowls were pretty full, especially mine because I pretty much got everything they have to offer. I especially loved the pickled red onions! All in all this Qdoba was quite clean and overall the vibe was chill. The food was good, nothing extraordinary, but still yummy. Plus I essentially had enough leftover for a second meal the next day. My chicken bowl cost me about $12/$13, so all in all not a bad deal considering it would last me two meals. I would definitely come here again.

Definitely subpar to Chipotle in terms of price, amount, taste and quality. It was a very small bowl comparatively, and portions were very skimpy. Price is a few dollars more than it should cost, especially for fast food and the lower quality. Especially on top of that since they got both mine and my partner's orders wrong (missing multiple ingredients from our online orders). The chicken also tasted strange, like a little fake and plastic-y? Probably just the seasonings used but something seemed off.

This place is always closing early and it sucks because you don't know until you get there. I get all excited to eat QDOBA and I'm starving but then what a huge let down..

This is usually the place I go when I want to enjoy my three cheese, queso nachos and several years and now the service has always been good and the portions are filling. It doesn't really make sense that it only has three stars because the manager is always keeping things warm and the food is not dried out and the staff is always friendly so maybe they're expecting some kind a five star deal when it's just a chain restaurant that serves good food .

When I visit this location with a service dog, I either get great service or a grumpy gentleman admonishing me for bringing in the dog. Today he was quite mad at me and literally said "I've told you before, you can't bring your pet in." It's true, he did. And every single time he did, I told him that it was a service animal. Can anything be done to educate the staff on the ADA laws? I hate walking out of a place, with food I just paid for, feeling scolded and put down.
