I love this chain! But numerous times I have come to this location, and the bread is hardly toasted on my warm, toasted sub order. Quite disappointing and I tend to prefer going to Sun Prairie for this reason.

This was absolutely the WORST experience I have had at a Firehouse Subs. I came in with my family to grab 2 sandwiches, simple enough, right? WRONG. I waited over 25 minutes for those sandwiches! During that time, the employees were talking away with each other in SPANISH the whole time, barely even paying attention to orders. They just took their sweet time, like they had NO sense of urgency whatsoever. It wasn’t even busy! They finally made my sandwiches, and instead of calling out my name or saying my order was ready, they just put it off to the side.

I had to go up and ask, “Is this my order?” and the girl working there just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and practically THREW the bag at me with attitude. If that wasn't enough, an older lady in line next to me told me she could understand some Spanish and that the employees were talking ABOUT me! Something negative too. I’m sorry, but that is just rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I won’t be coming back to this location, and honestly I feel like something needs to be done about this rude and lazy staff. Train your employees to be respectful, work efficiently.

I tried the new Parmesan Chicken Meatball Sub and it was delicious (see video).  With the app, you can customize any sub.  I picked whole wheat bread and added tomato (came diced and cooked), caramelized onions and caramelized peppers and Italian seasoning. Great additions at no extra charge.  The large sub was big enough for two of us to share!

The chicken meatballs were surprisingly good!  The marinara sauce was super tasty.

Ordered the Standard Platter for a birthday party on Sat July 13th. Along with the platter we ordered ONE Chocolate Chip Cookie the birthday boy wanted. Assuming the restaurant would forget to add in the cookie,  I reminded my husband  to ask for it. Of course he didnt remember and NO cookie was included with the order!!!
Couldnt make a 10 mile trip back for it and hardly worth a call to say you owe me next time Im in! I just wish these places could follow their orders better and complete them properly. This stuff happens to often lately!
The FIRST item on the receipt shouldnt be the one you forget!! 😟

Subs are great! Large is definitely large and looks bigger than a foot long. Definitely packed with good meat and a good amount of veggies as well. The place is clean and had some fun decorations hanging on the wall. Recommend for anyone looking to eat a sub!
