Ceibo restaurante is the flower in Mendoza's Italiana Plaza. Inside and outside dining allows a comfortable seat any time of the year with food that allows you slow enjoyment.
We enjoyed the homemade Mushroom tortellini with cream sauce with a pear, blue cheese, tosted nut and honey salad, yum!
The homemade sourdough rolls were perfect to capture every last drop of sauce. Oh, don't forget the flan for a sweet ending.

My wife and I visited this place for the 2024 New Year party. It was recommended by the concierge at Diplomatic hotel. The food was excellent, especially the steak. Strongly recommended.
