Great Italian food and the place is really nice.
🚨 You can NOT pay tips with credit/debit card, it has to be with pix or cash. I found it really inconvenien as a foreigner, and detrimental to the great service of the waiters.

I recently dined at Artigiano Ristorante for a special dinner to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. We arrived early, and while the restaurant was nearly empty, the food took a surprisingly long time to arrive. Despite the delay, the quality of the food was excellent, making it worth the wait. The atmosphere was delightful, providing a cozy and elegant setting for our celebration. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. While the service speed could improve, Artigiano Ristorante is still a wonderful place for a special occasion.

Still my favorite Italian in Rio. The best spot on a Sunday afternoon is on any of the terraces with a salad, lobster ravioli and a glass of wine!! It’s a cash only restaurant so bring your BRL.

Solo dining, American/Australian here. Amazing salmon, Carpaccio!  Nice atmosphere. The lamb is OK, nothing special. The desert was fine. I'd come back for the salmon! Service is very good, and 10% tip is mandatory. Good for foreigners, for sure. Card + cash tip.

Every pasta dish is amazing! They make everything fresh and cook it to perfection.  Fresh ingredients and not overly seasoned. It's simply great!

The salmon carpaccio is recommended and my favorite is the Tortelli Neri d'Aragosta allo Zafferano (Black Lobster Tortelli with Saffron)

At some point I will update this review to include the meat dishes and pizzas which look great but I never got to them since the pastas are all so good.

One thing to note is this is a cash only restaurant and the tip is not included (but please take care of our waiter!)

När jag kom till lunch, bara mig själv, märkte jag inne i menyn en anteckning som anger kredit eller debet var inte tillåtet. Jag frågade servitören om det var sant och sa nej. När jag bad om checken, var jag hänvisad till ett insidesrum så att betala med mitt kort. Jag bad om min faktura och svaren var att tacksamhet inte ingick och jag måste betala den kontant. Jag bar inga kontanter så den här personen sa: om du vill ha din faktura gå till en bankomat, ta kontanter och jag ger ditt kvitto. Oacceptabel situation som jag vägrade och sa att jag ska ringa de lokala myndigheterna är att jag donde ha mitt dokument omedelbart. Vacker plats mycket snyggt inredda, en lugn vänlig atmosfär och fantastiska rätter gör en riktigt bra match!

FANTASTISK mat. ALLT är hemlagat (bröd, pasta, kex ... allt!) Personalen är den vänligaste jag någonsin har sett. Dekoren och den italienska spellistan får oss att känna att vi är i Italien. Mat smakar gudomligt och vinutbudet är också mycket rikt! ! Priset är extremt rättvist! Öppnar varje dag för middag och söndagslunch. (Definitivt värt att sitta i den vackra varandaen och njuta av Rios varmt väder)

Vi satt strax över kanten av trottoarbelysningen som lyser upp lövverket och hade en stor ekonomisk måltid som tvättades med en Gran Reserva argentinsk Malbec till ett mycket rimligt pris. Carpaccio amd en ostliknande bruschetta att börja och 2 pastarätter att följa var läckra. 2 desserter, en flaska vatten, allt för 75 eller cirka 380 Reals. Eftersom vinet var ca 180 reals kan du se värdet. Rekommenderas för enkel italiensk mat i en fin miljö.

Detta är en äldre, traditionell italiensk restaurang, belägen i Leblon. Restaurangen är vanligtvis packad, och det passar till en äldre publik som gillar "morföräldrar" inredning. Vi kom hit till lunch och delade en caprese sallad, carpaccio, svamp pasta och 2 citronader för ~ R $ 113. Carpaccio var förmodligen den bästa delen eftersom köttet i Brasilien är så bra jag finner det svårt för dem att röra upp denna maträtt. De andra två rätterna hade ingen smak alls. Vem sa bra restauranger måste vara dyrt är fel. Artigiano är en bra kombination av bästa italienska köket och rättvisa priser. Vinlistan är gott om bra val från Italien, men även från Portugal, Spanien, Frankrike och Sydamerika. Servitörer är hjälpsamma men förvänta sig inte att de talar engelska eller en engelsk meny. En sista påminnelse: de tar inte kreditkort. Faktum är att inga kort alls. Kontanter eller brasilianska kontroller, ENDAST! ! ! ! ! !

På denna plats hittar du den bästa kostnaden för regionen. Men glöm inte att ta pengar. De arbetar inte med kort.

Jag och mina vänner krävde några äkta italiensk mat, vilket var svårt att hitta i Rio (jag är medveten). TripAdvisor recensioner lät bra så vi checkar ut det. Restaurangen var nästan tom, som erbjöd en tyst omgivning till vår middag. Skulle inte rekommendera att åka dit om du förväntar dig äkta italiensk mat. Deras påträngande service var nästan rolig på ett sätt.

Artigiano är en av de tre italienska restaurangerna som ägs och förvaltas av Anna Lucia och hennes familj. Ligger precis intill Anna på gränsen mellan Ipanema och Leblon. Mycket estetisk meny med både traditionell och ny pasta, pizza, havsmat och kötträtter beredda enligt italienska recept av hög standard. Jag gillade särskilt Saltimbocca serveras med tagliatelle, Som hjälpmedel tenderar att vara ganska generös kan det vara en bra idé att dela disken nästa gång jag besöker. Trevligt inredda, vi satt i verandan som kvällen var coolt. Service OK och rimliga priser, men de accepterar inte kreditkort (inte heller de andra två restaurangerna i gruppen) som enligt min mening begränsar de tre restaurangerna till lokal kundkrets. . .
