The service did really stand out. The food was really good, but in my opinion not spectacular for the price point. That being said, some of the dishes were unique and inventive. If you have had sushi at great restaurants abroad you might not be impressed by the food, but the service and ambiance would still make this a place worth going at least once.

Food is amazing, but for Michelin I was expecting smth more. (It was like 4 out of 12 dishes with Michelin level)
Service is 5/5 (they don't speak English, but always explain every dish with translator)
Many vegan options (but nothing special)
Really pricy, even for Michelin star place, we paid about R$1250 ($250) for 2 persons, regular and vegan dinner + wine + desert.

I have tried and tried to find a good omakase option in São Paulo which has the largest Japanese population outside of Japan and no luck.  Every restaurant was just mediocre… till last night.  Huto has a Michelin star and it is certainly well deserved .. lots of sushi servings for the omakase and comparable to the sushi in Tokyo.

We tried the large tasting menu. Bold mixing of flavor with very high quality! It's not just food, it's an experience.

Take your time and try some hot sake with the sashimi and sushi. You will not regret.

Interesting place, but very expensive (498 for the omakase, which does not include dessert or a drink, and they add a big service charge on top. For the omakase + sparkling water + dessert + service charge i was charged 614)

Choose bar seating to watch the sushi chefs make sushis, it's an amazing experience. They even have wooden boxes to store the fish for sushi.
There is a lot of food in this sampling menu. I was glad I came hungry. Takes almost 2 hours from sitting down to finish.
I rarely eat sushi, and practically never raw sushi (usually only when traveling to Japan) but i thoroughly enjoyed every sushi offered.
