The service did really stand out. The food was really good, but in my opinion not spectacular for the price point. That being said, some of the dishes were unique and inventive. If you have had sushi at great restaurants abroad you might not be impressed by the food, but the service and ambiance would still make this a place worth going at least once.

I have tried and tried to find a good omakase option in São Paulo which has the largest Japanese population outside of Japan and no luck.  Every restaurant was just mediocre… till last night.  Huto has a Michelin star and it is certainly well deserved .. lots of sushi servings for the omakase and comparable to the sushi in Tokyo.

We tried the large tasting menu. Bold mixing of flavor with very high quality! It's not just food, it's an experience.

Interesting place, but very expensive (498 for the omakase, which does not include dessert or a drink, and they add a big service charge on top. For the omakase + sparkling water + dessert + service charge i was charged 614)

Choose bar seating to watch the sushi chefs make sushis, it's an amazing experience. They even have wooden boxes to store the fish for sushi.
There is a lot of food in this sampling menu. I was glad I came hungry. Takes almost 2 hours from sitting down to finish.
I rarely eat sushi, and practically never raw sushi (usually only when traveling to Japan) but i thoroughly enjoyed every sushi offered.

Vi har varit i Huto tre gånger tidigare, men den senaste var för flera år sedan och de fortsätter att imponera. För oss är detta en av de bästa Japanska mat vi någonsin har provat, de levererar konsekvent med hög standard. Vi lämnade kocken överraskningar oss, ordningsföljden av rätter var perfekt, smakerna var otroliga! Min favorit fortsätter att vara fois gras sushi. Lätt att boka, jag äter vid räknaren där du kan se kocken laga mat för dig, lite mer info om plattan kommer att vara trevligare men jag antar att det också är en språkbarriär. Jag tar menyn 8 sushi + 5 in och dessert, allt var mycket bra, färsk produkt, enkel men alltid den goda kombinationen, väl blanda meny med lite fisk, kött, skaldjur, det enda negativa efterrätten var bra men enkelt inte riktigt överraskande mig. Personal mycket bra och snabbt, definitivt en plats att äta.

Jag går alltid till Huto när jag vill ha en stor middagsupplevelse och möjligheten att prova nya smaker. Omakasen är bara bra och kocken presenterar dig med bra idéer från köket och perfekt utförande på sushi baren. Rekommendera att boka räknaren och försöka upptäcka olika typer av fisk.

2: a gången där. Första gången de serverade maten i fel ordning. Stekt mat först som fyllde mig och dödade min aptit. 2: a tiden var så långsam. 3 timmar. . . och jag klagade 3 gånger för att leverera snabbare. Aldrig mer! ! ! ! Katastrof! !

Huto är en dold pärla i Sao Paulo. Den bästa maten, en stor skull meny och bra service (speciellt om du serveras av Baiano). Turister tittar på tripadvisor listan kommer förmodligen att sakna denna restaurang (det borde vara topp 5 inte # 158!).

Jag älskade denna japanska restaurang! Atmosfären är perfekt för att njuta av en trevlig och avkopplande kväll med dina älskade. Delar är inte stora och inte för små, de serveras tyst och ger dig tid att chatta under disken. Vinet serverades långsamt, smutta av sipp så att det kan vara under hela kvällen och du kan verkligen smaka på det. Kvaliteten på maten, det finns inget behov av att säga, det är fantastiskt! Platsen är liten men ganska cousy med en stor sushi bar i mitten av det stora matsalen. Tjänsten är utmärkt och kvaliteten på dishen kan helt enkelt inte bli bättre. Jag rekommenderar starkt att gå efter Omekasen och släppa dig i händerna på kocken.

Detta var mitt femte besök i HUTO. Maten var fantastisk som vanligt men den här gången tjänsten var hemskt. Vår servitris gjorde flera misstag med vår beställning. Det måste bekräftas två gånger. Jag njöt av varje känslig maträtt varje med en explosion av smaker som presenterats med exakta beskrivningar såväl engelska och portugisiska till alla på bordet. Jag kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka varje chans jag får.

Mycket trevligt atmosfär, bra service, fantastiskt mat. Du kan välja mellan en mängd olika suhis och andra rätter, men för den första gången jag definitivt rekommendera den kocken förslag för avsmakningsmeny, det finns tre alternativ. Bokning är tvingande som platsen är liten, vilket borde vara.
