We stayed in the Trade Winds room for 3 nights and loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful rooms and grounds, great food, and service. I highly recommend it! They also allowed us a later check out, and staff were very attentive to our needs. Thank you, we will be back!

We came here for our honeymoon and LOVED this location, staff, food, and accommodations. We came in the low season and only a quarter of the rooms were being used, so the inn was SO peaceful. We did a package with the hotel where room, activities for 4 days, transportation to said activities, and food (all meals, not just some) were covered. This was amazing and worked so well. The staff always gave us updates when needed and we appreciated it so much. I recommend this place to everyone I know and would come back in a heartbeat!

What a fabulous place!
Views are insanely beautiful. We were lucky enough to have a table at the terrace sitting by the sea.
The restaurant was booked for us by our tour guide and they somehow found out it was my birthday.
The service was super nice and accommodating. They suggested we could go to the terrace of the hotel to enjoy the views while waiting for our food.
Food was also great, well presente and very tasty. Enjoyed it throughly.
They even brought me a complimentary birthday surprise dessert which I thought was a very nice touch.
We only went for lunch but I can imagine this would be a magical place during the night.

Beware of Fraudulent Charges at This Restaurant (Nham Galápagos)!

Our group of 16 Canadians dined at this hotel restaurant, and while the food was genuinely delicious, our experience was ruined by an attempt to steal from us during payment. The cashier tried to charge us double the price when we paid with a credit card. They initially claimed there was a special charge for using the credit card, which is illegal in Ecuador. Then, they fabricated a "special island tax" that simply doesn’t exist on top of the VAT (Ecuadorian tax). This behavior is unacceptable and left us feeling deceived and frustrated. We strongly advise anyone considering this restaurant to be extremely cautious when paying their bill. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

Incredible food.  I loved breakfast every day!  We sat overlooking the water watching fish, sharks, sea lions, sea birds, and red crabs.  Incredible view of Puerto Ayoro & it's a quick $1 taxi from the private dock so we hung out in Puerto Ayoro every night for a bit.  The bartenders were wonderful!  I am impressed by their organic and gluten free options.  They were extremely helpful and accommodating!  I'm hoping to return!   The room (Tropic Bird) had an incredible view of the bay.  The accommodations (bed, shower, porch, closet, safe, etc.) were perfect.  My favorite hotel room ever!  Thank you for everything!
