Rankad Världens bästa restaurang. Central Lima håller en imponerande nivå för att vara i Sydamerika, men levde inte riktigt upp till förväntningarna med tanke på prisklassen. Maten var tekniskt avancerad men kändes svår och lite tråkig, med stort fokus på områdets ekosystem. Inredningen var vacker, men atmosfären saknade något. Sammantaget en intressant upplevelse, men inte riktigt värd priset.
