The very best straight from Japan, ingredients as well as the chef himself. Delicate and delicious with great presentation. Great tastes and wonderful to look at too. Every dish is carefully prepared and cooked in correct manner if not raw. The restaurant is superbly located in Taipei and decorated as if it is in Japan. We had a young chef but very talented though. Would definitely keep this restaurant as one of the pocket list.

The nigiri wasn’t in the top three i ve had in taipei. But the creativity, combination of tastes and textures and planning of ingredients for the menu was superb. The dessert was perhaps one of the best desserts i’ve had anywhere in taipei. I would have gladly had a second portion.

This is the best Omakase experience Taipei has to offer. There is a welcoming atmosphere while still holding true to the authenticity of the Omakase experience.

Besides the saba taste a little like kohada, the rest are very high quality food. Really want to try the dinner menu. Will visit again.

Fantastic sushi.  Definitely comparable to the other top sushi place in Taipei.   Style is lightly flavored sushi, very skillful knife techniques.
