From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness truly set the tone for our stay. They offered fantastic recommendations for getting around the city and dining out, which turned out to be spot on. After a long international flight, they even let us check in an hour early, a gesture that we really appreciated as we were exhausted from a full day of travel.

The hotel itself is spotless and offers a wide array of amenities, including same-day dry cleaning, full-service restaurants, and chic cocktail bars. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, blending style and comfort seamlessly. Every detail, from the cozy atmosphere to the high-quality furnishings, felt curated to enhance the guest experience.

What impressed me the most was how well-stocked the rooms were—they had everything I could possibly need, from a hair straightener and toothbrush to complimentary bottled water. It was such a nice touch and made the stay feel effortless.

The location is ideal, right near the Thames River, with countless attractions within walking distance. Whether you’re exploring the sights or soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the area, the convenience is unmatched.

If I had to give one critique it would be that the lobby bars and dining spaces are open to the general public, so it was quite busy and loud at breakfast and dinner (due to the live music)… If you’re looking for a quiet and cozy space to relax in the communal areas, this may be a challenge.

Yes, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but the experience, ambiance, and level of service make it worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

We went for the Feast on a Sunday I loved the Venue and old Refurbished Bank and because it’s an old building it’s an open Space with high ceilings in keeping with its original features. The bank Vault is interesting to see as you go to the toilets down stairs. In the centre of the room is a podium where they had jazz bands playing live music continuously fantastic. The food was delicious the pictures provided speak volumes. I would definitely recommend the Ned and I will be re booking for 2025

I booked the Ned Sunday roast feast for my husband’s birthday and I loved the experience. The two hours goes surprisingly quickly! There is so much food, it isn’t possible to try everything but there’s sure to be something for everyone. For a Sunday roast the meat isn’t really the star of the show here, it’s all about the salads, sides, seafood and that incredible dessert counter. They surprised my husband with a happy birthday treat after dinner too which was lovely! A pricey but amazing experience for a special occasion.

Gorgeous Luxury Hotel, right in the center of London, next to Bank Station.
When you first walk in the huge ground floor dining and drinking areas are really impressive 👍😎
The Hotel is very sumptuous, everything is well designed with great attention to detail using the best fixtures and fittings 😎
Bedrooms are not a bad size given the Hotel's central location 👍
The rooms have just about every amenity and extra you can think of (including 8 different Shower Gels 🤣😲)
Now for the negative - the Bedroom's wallpaper, paint and lighting is just so dismal and depressing - it really spoils every else in the hotel 👎💩
Food is great, Breakfast is very good 💙
A great place to go whether to stay it just for Dinner/Drinks.
It's not a cheap place to stay, but for the quality you can understand it👍
It would get 5 stars, but with the terrible Wallpaper & Paint colour scheme, it just can't be 5 🫤

Worth more than 5 stars! The best hotel in London. Stunning building and decor, incredible entertainment in the main bar. We ate in Lutyens Grill which was delicious. We stayed here for my partners birthday and the front desk went above and beyond to make this occasion so special for us. Thank you The Ned, what a fabulous experience.
