As big fans of tasting menus, we drove down from London specifically to try Dilsk after hearing so many great things, and overall, we really enjoyed the experience. The menu had a lot of exciting flavors, and most of the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. While the food was great, I’m not sure some of the courses justified the high price point—it felt a bit on the pricey side for a few of the dishes.

Would I drive down fromLondon again just for the meal? Probably not.

However, if I were a local, I’d definitely consider returning for another visit. It’s definitely worth trying if you're in the area and looking for a memorable dining experience!

A hidden gem beneath the Drakes Hotel.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience of fine dining in Brighton.  It's definitely worth looking at the menu options on their website to see what you're taste buds are going to enjoy plus,  menu options too.
I opted for the 4 course dinner.  The presentation was excellent and the standout moment for me was the server pouring the bone marrow jus into the circle of piped parsnip, it sat perfectly and made the centre piece of version pop out.
I would definitely recommend and return in the future for the taster menu.

Wow - fantastic menu. shared the four course set menu - a set of snacks to start and a bottle Italian wine with my daughter and it was gorgeous. The brioche, venison and chocolate tart were to die for. Highly recommend.

Waitress was super lovely and helpful too.

Tucked away downstairs under a seafront hotel is this lovely restaurant. Few restaurants get a 4.9 on Google but this rating is deserved. The lunchtime menu is an absolute bargain, I added the extra starters of which the pig cheek was delicious.
Flavours are bold, presentation beautiful, and it’s all deliciously cooked to perfection. Why has it not got a Michelin star? It deserves one.
My tiny gripe is the music is loud and not to everyone’s taste and I prefer 175mls of wine by the glass but I can recommend a delicious Alsace rose.
