Early June had been on my "list" for awhile and I was finally able to get a reservation while in Paris. It's a very vibey wine bar with a list of rotating chefs. We were lucky enough to be there while Adam Purcell was chef in residence and enjoyed an incredible "French style" Irish cuisine with each plate leaving us wishing that we had ordered double servings. Do splurge on the fresh truffles for the boxty pancakes and do order one (or two) of everything.

This restaurant has a great atmosphere, but it’s extremely crowded, and it feels like the staff are understaffed. The chef seems to be more like a pop-up arrangement, with no fixed chef, so the quality of the dishes you get depends entirely on luck.
