The Michelin Bib-Gourmand listed eatery had a humble, unassuming front, typical of many hawker centres in Singapore. The Kway Chap was served in a generous portion. The biggest win for me was the well cleaned intestines & pig tongue.  The stomach was melt-in-the mouth tender, served in a rich, flavourful dark soy-based broth. The rice noodles were silky smooth.

Visited on a relaxing Sunday morning. The queue was 8 person long. Took about 20 minutes. The owner is curt as he tries to serve the customers as quick as he can.

The braised pork and organ are well balanced and delectable . A  rare find is braised pigs tongue, which is soft and tender.

The Kway chap comes with flavorable soup. And you can help yourself to the crispy fried shallot soaked in lard which is freshly prepared by the owner daily.

The price is reasonable and serving large enough for two persons.

Now I understand how he was listed in the Michelin guide 2024. Congratulations🥂🥂

Waited a fair bit with a queue ahead. Around 20 minutes with 4 people ahead of me. Ordered a 1 pax kway chap and the assorted mains that come with an egg, large intestines, pig skin, pork belly, tofu, etc.

Gravy is leaving towards the light side, and it is not too salty. But is nlt very fragrant. The kway is rather chewy and pleasant to eat. I would consider this as a rather light kway chap place.
