６月上旬は、握りに望むプレリュード 前兆の鯛～鱧～揚げ物～大根煮物 器モノは 和食 真髄

続くは握り寿司へ。素材のリスペクトとも言える包丁の入れ方、酢飯 をそれぞれ使い分けた、 温度を感じる握りを初めて食べた! なんだ!この個性。

にゅー麺に至るまであっという間 でさらに追加で大好物の太巻き を。

恐るべし " 熊切大地 職人の劇場 "  ノンストップショーの如くの流れに身を委ねて。
神楽坂石かわ がお寿司をやる意味があるんだなぁ。 と感慨。

Next up is nigiri sushi. For the first time, I ate a nigiri that you could feel the temperature of, using different ways of inserting the knife and using vinegared rice that showed respect for the ingredients! What! This uniqueness.

It took no time for me to get to the noodles, and then I added my favorite futomaki.

Surrender yourself to the flow of the terrifying "Kumakiri Daichi Craftsman's Theater" like a non-stop show.
I guess there's a point in Kagurazaka Ishikawa making sushi. I was moved.
