A hidden gem that you absolutely cannot miss.

Dabney Cellar is THAT girl.

The wine? Immaculate.
The snacks? Insane.
The vibes? 10/10
The staff? 1000/10

As you can see the oysters here were so good we ordered a second round. In addition we shared the honey biscuits and deviled eggs, both of which I would say are life changing.

Small and cozy, Dabney Cellar is great to just chill out, have a date night, or go taste some GREAT wine and snacks. But no matter what you’re looking for in an adventure, make sure this location fits in there somewhere.

Such a cozy, intimate, hidden bar - great for a night cap with your date. I got the strawberry spritz and it was delicious! The playlist was wonderful.

A hidden gem! Dabney Cellar boasts an excellent wine list, and the space itself is beautifully designed, with its exposed red brick walls adding a cozy, rustic charm. While it was quite loud due to the number of people, which made conversation a bit challenging, the overall atmosphere more than made up for it. A great spot for wine lovers looking to enjoy a unique ambiance!

Excellent service, intimate space, deluxe drinks. We came here for after dinner date drinks. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. They knew their stuff and were able to explain all drink ingredients and make modifications on request.

The mulled wine is sooo good. When it first came out it was a bit concentrated but our bartender diluted it with a touch of additional red wine which made it perfect.

Lost a star because the menu isn’t vegan friendly.

This cozy underground bar was a delightful choice for a weekday happy hour. The decor and vibe was dimly lit, warm and comfortable. The drinks were delicious, as were the oysters and the happy hour appetizers. Everything tasted fresh and so good. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid drink/snack spot in Shaw.
