The food here is fabulous! I would highly recommend the herb crusted lamb that comes with a cauliflower puree and toasted chickpeas. They give you a starter of a tuna and avocado tartare in a pastry shaped like an ice cream cone and an onion roll. The staff is very attentive and efficient. We were in and out in an hour.

Estro restaurante was a wonderful and pleasant surprise. My partner and I decided to check this place out last minute. The food was wonderful, the ambiance was great, but Camillo, our server, was the true star of the show. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and took time to care for us and share his knowledge about the menu, food, and wine. If you are looking for a great and fun dining experience in Santiago, I highly recommend

I had a wonderful dinner. They have a nice selection of wine choices. The food was delicious and the service was great! It took a little while for dinner to be served but it was worth the wait.

Dined here for dinner and alfresco on Jan 22/24. Terrific food and excellent service.  The beef tenderloin on a blue cheese infused risotto was superb. Highly recommended.
