We stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience. The room was fantastic, and the area was incredibly walkable, which made exploring so enjoyable. We also loved relaxing by the pool. Cody was especially helpful and kind—he left a lasting impression. Staff like him makes such a difference with the comfort of our stay. We’ll definitely be back! :)

I just left the Dream Hotel, and I’ll stay by saying I think the customer service itself was what gave me my turning point. Because honestly when my boyfriend and I pulled up seeing the location was a bit discouraging. Because for the price for a night, for a room, I think the location should’ve been more inviting. But not a big problem, because once we walked in the two gentlemen in the Lobby, who checked us in was so inviting, and very warm, the hotel offered Complimentary wine for Valentine’s Day. One of the gentleman’s was Andre , who went above and beyond to showcase the hotel’s excellent customer service. Thank you Andre. So I will still rate this a 5 star hotel. The room was also very clean, and very nice. Near perfection.

Also, yes you can hear music and beats up until 2/3am but my bf and I were so tired it didn’t bother us by the time we got in. No complaints there, but if you are a light sleeper just consider that. :)

Nice hotel - small rooftop pool. Lots around that’s walking distance.  Got in a suite and the room was decent but dated. The bathroom was huge, and nice and updated.

The lobby is stylish and cozy, creating a pleasant first impression. The hotel has a café with a small breakfast menu—convenient for those who don’t want to search for food in the morning. Despite the hotel being relatively new, signs of wear and tear are already noticeable, and the room’s finishes are made of cheap materials, which slightly diminishes the overall experience.

However, the biggest downside is the noise from a nearby nightclub. There was no mention of this when booking, yet after midnight, the bass and vibrations were noticeable even on the eighth floor. The hotel provides earplugs, but this is hardly a proper solution. Installing soundproof windows would be a much more effective way to address the issue.

Overall, the hotel does not live up to its four-star rating and is overpriced for what it offers.

I had high hopes for my stay at Dream Hollywood, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing due to a series of unresolved issues and poor communication.

Firstly, we endured two nights of unbearable noise from nearby nightclubs. While we were offered food vouchers or a refund of one night’s resort fees, I didn’t feel this was sufficient compensation for how much it impacted our holiday. Begrudgingly, we accepted, but the frustration didn’t end there.

On one of our final days, personal items were stolen from our room. When we reported this to hotel staff, we were given a dismissive response: “Please claim on your travel insurance.” I find this response unacceptable for a hotel of this status. Guests should be able to trust that their belongings are safe in a hotel with Dream/Hyatt reputation.

The design of the room added to the discomfort. The bathroom had no door, and the shower had clear glass without any frosting. This made it very awkward since I was traveling with a friend, and it felt like there was no privacy at all. On top of that, we were placed in a connecting room with strangers, and the walls were so poorly insulated that we could hear every word of their conversations, as well as people running and talking in the hallway throughout the night. This further disturbed our sleep and added to an already frustrating experience.

Since returning home, I’ve repeatedly tried to contact hotel management, specifically Shelly Rodriguez, via email to follow up on the stolen items and to request an invoice for charges made to my credit card. Despite multiple attempts since November, I have received no response, and still do not know what has been charged to my car for. This lack of follow-up and accountability is extremely disappointing and has tarnished what could have been a great experience.

I had genuinely expected better from such a prestigious hotel. It’s a shame because Dream Hollywood has so much potential—great location, beautiful facilities—but my entire view has been overshadowed by these unresolved issues and the hotel’s unwillingness to properly handle the situation.

I’m now resorting to leaving a public review, as it seems this is the only way to get any kind of response. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts better customer service for future guests.
