Everything about our stay at The Aster was spectacular. The room, the two bedroom suite, was so spacious and beautifully decorated. It was beyond clean, comfortable, and absolutely outstanding. But more so than your accommodations, it was the people that made our trip so special. The membership Director For The Aster club membership, assisted us with getting a reservation at the restaurant. The staff that served us at the restaurant was so attentive and absolutely lovely. The front desk staff helped us book our room, and made sure that we were able to have the best room available. Everybody worked so hard to make the experience lovely. We will definitely be staying again!

The greatest staff we’ve encountered…ever. This is what luxury should feel like. The hotel is beautiful. It is located right at Hollywood and Vine so you’re near a lot of sites people want to see while in LA. The rooms are huge and the beds are the most comfortable we’ve slept in at a hotel. We ate at the rooftop restaurant (Lemon Grove) and had an amazing experience. Courtney was an efficient and knowledgeable server and so friendly. Eddie at the front door of the Hotel was a standout and made us feel so welcome upon arrival. I wish we had gotten more names because everyone took such great care of us. We Highly recommend this hotel.

Back with an edit. Shower pressure has been improved and the house keeping team have improved the padding of the bed.  The staff here are excellent as our the valet guys. Truly a hidden gem.

I really enjoy this location but want to highlight the beds aren’t great. They are worn and not comfortable. The rooms are fabulous but like most hotels getting a little worn. The showers need some work the water pressure is poor.  The amenities of the hotel are great mostly because it’s a private members club. Valet prices are ridiculously high along with paying resort fees the hotel could benefit from packaging offers in a more strategic way.

Only stayed here for a night, but the hotel was cute. We were upgraded upon arrival to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, at check-in they failed to mention our floor was undergoing a renovation so the hallway had an overbearing paint smell. The hotel clearly has little to no sound insulation. The room service runs from 11am-9:20pm which doesn’t make sense since they don’t serve dinner or late dinners. If so why have room service at all? Given the window for in-room dining we had to order takeout. This “5” star hotel makes you pick up the take out in the lobby.

Love staying at the Aster! The rooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable. I think it is one of the quietest hotels in Hollywood and very good value to price. The food is great, and the hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also have a pool and a nice gym. This is my preferred place to stay when traveling to LA.
