Restaurant Bouillon has the charm of a Parisian bistro, with lovely decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The service was friendly, and the meal was enjoyable, though the flavours didn’t quite reach the level we’d hoped for. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we’re glad we tried it, but it didn’t fully capture the ambience we were expecting.

Update: after a visit last Friday we dropped by again the following Saturday.
We thought we had a reservation, but we had made a mistake…. But… despite a very long line of guests waiting to get in, they managed to get us a table - very nice!
Again the food was fabulous.

First review:
We - a party of four - dropped by for a lunch a Friday around 1PM with a reservation.
The place was busy but not overcrowded.
The staff were great - polite and attentive. And seems like wanting to make sure you have a good time. I also appreciate that the main course is not rushed in after you complete the starter - nice with a short break in between.
The food selection is really adequate with some real nice choices. Difficult to choose between them when you want it all.
And the drinks selection is also very fine.
The pricing is really awesome making the experience a top one. Nice to find a place that serves gourmet food at an affordable price. And nice service on top of that. Well done!
Definitely a place to visit - and revisit.

Great place.  The food was delicious.  The price is very good compared to other restaurants in Denmark and adequate for the quality of the food.

The place is very nice but the tables are too close to each other.  In order for our table neighbors to sit down we had to move the table and then readjust it.  It's uncomfortable because you have to sit down and finish your meal without getting up until the end so as not to disturb anyone.

Despite that, the service is very good, the waiters are very nice and kind.  You have reserved the table for 1 hour and 45 minutes and right after that time they take your bill to the table,  whether you have finished eating or not. We had to wait like 3 months to be able to book a table, is always completely booked.

This is a cheap and cheerful place. The bill for a three course meal for two with drinks came to 540kr. The food is nice, some dishes better than others but the time between the starter and the main was a bit long, especially for a small menu.
I strongly recommend booking a table here, especially on weekend nights as it gets very busy.
Try the French onion soup and the peach Melba if you can

Great food at ultra low places so plenty of good choices.

The appetizers are amazing and the main courses quite big so two appetizers, two main courses, bread basket, two Aperols, and two large cokes for 519 kr.

There are seating available outside both in front and in the back, so great for sunny days.

Overall a great experience. Coming back soon for other dishes. 🥳
