My most favorite Chinese restaurant in Shanghai - guaranteed quality food and comfort food! One initial concern is the noisy dining environment as it is super popular! But surprise surprise, Monday night dinner traffic is amazingly low. Only 2/3 full and thus very quiet for old friends catching up. It was a light dinner for health conscious. The abalone with dry vermicelli, crab shell and the Cantonese style braised soup did not fail the expectation of our foodie. Spacious seating environment, well maintained decor and staff is attentive. Definitely will come back!

They had the best pineapple buns I've ever had here. Amazing Cantonese dim sum. Will definitely come back here again the next time I'm in Shanghai just for the pineapple buns!

Great food and atmosphere. Lots of tasty food that's also appropriate for a Western palette. Just note that the address is actually 1238 Yan'an Middle Road, inside the Jing'an Kerry Centre's South Wing.
