This restaurant is absolutely one of my most favourite French restaurants. Once you step into the restaurant, you will see the magnificent view of the Victoria Harbour. The place is very classy, from the floor to the ceiling, every corner has the definition of luxurious. The service is excellent as well, the waiters are attentive and courteous. They always introduce every dish in detail. The food there are masterpieces! The mixture of flavours are usually well balanced. I’m totally impressed by the chefs’ creativity. The four course meal I had was scrumptious, every bite makes the price worth it. If you have some special things to celebrate, I highly recommend you to come to this fine-dining restaurant.

I had a lovely experience overall. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, with a luxurious ambiance that made the afternoon feel special. The service was attentive, and the presentation of the dishes was stunning.

However, while the food was good, it didn’t quite meet the high expectations I had, especially considering its reputation. Some dishes were more impressive than others, but nothing particularly stood out as extraordinary.
It’s definitely worth visiting for the ambiance and the overall experience, but I was hoping for a bit more in terms of culinary wow factor.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary at Caprice and the service staff were amongst the best in the fine dining industry - super friendly and very attentive. The food is also amazing, although if I have to nitpick, the desserts are ordinary in their own right. Amazing food amazing people, and amazing view

Had a birthday dinner here for my sister and had a good experience overall. The restaurant's interior is very luxe and we had a lovely view of Victoria Harbour (we requested a table with a view in our booking). Service was very attentive and my custom drink was made to perfection by the bartender, who came over to clarify my request.

As expected of a 3* Michelin place, food presentation was beautiful. However, while the food was good overall, I was expecting every dish to be truly extraordinary and that wasn't the case. Another thing to mention is one of the menu items is a selection of cheeses (with the typical jams, crackers etc. offered), which is fantastic if you are a cheese lover, like me. But for the rest of my table, the reaction was apathetic - I also noted similar reactions from tables around me. I know that a cheese selection is customary after the main meal in many French restaurants, but when your establishment is situated in a country/city where many are lactose intolerant, and there's no alternative (e.g. choose a second dessert if you don't want the cheese), it feels like an oversight.

The two Basque cheesecakes we were gifted were delicious and a nice memory of our dinner.

The start was very nice😄 The bread was very nice and I really enjoyed the croissant~~ The problem was the Tarte Royale de Giber! It was supposed to be duck foie gras, but while I was eating it, a strange round thing came out... It wasn't even chewed and it was strange, so I asked the waiter and he said it was a bullet....😵 He explained that it's a common thing that comes out of the liver because it's from the hunted wild animal and it sometimes gets into the food... He just smiled and walked away🤨 But removing the bullet from the food is what you should sincerely care about in your restaurant!!!😠 I called the manager and told him and he apologised in a different way to the waiter earlier and gave me two glasses of Charles Heidsieck as a sign of apology😲 If there was no apology I would have been angry but the manager's polite apology made me feel better😀.
But I still wonder why the bullet came out of the food... even though the restaurant has Michelin 3 stars😅😅
The rest of the course was perfect with no missing flavours👍. And lobster is the best food for me!!!
Anyway, unforgettable experience!
