Feuille HK, a recently awarded Michelin one star French restaurant, showcases the chefs’ culinary inspirations with a nature-inspired tasting menu that features sustainably grown products sourced from local farmers. Our first time here to celebrate a happy weekend. Every single dish is the delightful result of meticulously crafted flavour with layers and texture.  Team is professional with knowledge to interpret the ingredients and culinary skill behind.  More effort can be considered to elevate the lighting of the dining room to convey better photo opportunities!

Overall it is a brilliant gastronomic feast.  We don’t feel like eating anything it appears to be, it’s the trick of Michelin !

I’ve been to David Toutain’s restaurant a few times in France, and this one definitely holds up! The dinner was amazing – every dish was a delightful surprise. The vibe was super chill, and the service was fantastic! The wine pairing was spot-on, with some great handpicked selections that were a real treat to discover. I had the incredible opportunity to experience the exquisite 8-course lunch tasting menu for Restaurant Week Winners Edition (at just HK$588!) at 𝗙𝗲𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲, a Michelin One Star 🌟 & Green star gem by renowned Chef David Toutain and Joris Rousseau. This isn’t just a meal; it’s a journey through the life cycle of a plant 🌱, beautifully crafted with local, seasonal ingredients.

From the moment I tasted the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱 - 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗞𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮, I knew I was in for something special. The 𝗖𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻 - 𝗘𝗴𝗴 - 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻 dish blew my mind — its innovative take on flavor is a true signature of the restaurant!

The 𝗙𝗲𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 served with the 𝘥𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘪𝘭 𝘱𝘪𝘭 (collagen “butter” made from fish bones — yes, you read that right!) was not only crispy but also a delightful way to minimize food waste. The 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗮 - 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗽𝘀 - 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 was a textural marvel, perfectly blended to create a fluffy delight.

Impressive beautifully crafted food! All of the dishes were very nice and yummy and presented beautifully! We especially liked the lobster, the egg and the mustard seed with shiso leaf!
One downside is that the resto is a little packed and it can get quite noisy!
