Since it’s opening Mono is simply the best restaurant in Hong Kong and beyond (and I eat a lot, everywhere)! They are professionals with a heart from the moment you step into tge venue to the moment you leave again.
As a guest you are greeted properly and with a big smile, you enter into another world full if service and the best food ever both in quality and in creativity. Chef Ricardo is a maestro in combining flavours and creating new tastes, he is a true artist who is always full of new ideas. I just LOVE his style! Once settled in you can simply enjoy to be surprised and savour the tastes of South America. I like to try new restaurants, but so far non gas measured up to Mono. Simply the best!

My partner and I went to MONO for our anniversary and the team was great! We got greeted as soon as we arrived and got taken to our seats. I highly recommend seating by the high table to see the full experience of the restaurant.

The atmosphere was really great and it was an honour to experience Chef Ricardo’s journey and helped by Normie and Abbi to be immersed in all of the courses which was truly a delightful experience of an evening.

MONO is a great place for surprises and I would like to come again with more exciting surprises along with wine and delicious food!

MONO: the language of good food.

Super satisfied with the excellent experience I had at MONO. Saying that the food is excellent and that it is a top-level place is very obvious, what I want to highlight about MONO is its language.
MONO communicates with all its elements the passion that its entire team has for making you feel like a luxury guest in its facilities.
Everything is very intimate, close, friendly and familiar.
It is clear that they have planned everything that happens around you, from the sound, aromas and visual elements of the activity. It is the only place where you will prefer to eat at the bar.
That their musical environment is by placing vinyl records in a long play player, turning them over and changing them, says a lot about what they are willing to do to make their homemade, artisanal language of what is handmade be perceived.
To put the cherry on top, my dessert arrived while Sade's music was playing.
