Nice food, nice service. My favorite was the uni with red prawn—absolutely delicious! The red prawn itself was also amazing, followed closely by the caviar with clam. I was pleasantly surprised with the dessert, though I was too full to truly enjoy it. Hopefully, next time I can try more! Overall, a very happy experience. Highly recommend!

I went to L’Envol for lunch to celebrate my birthday, and I am very happy that I chose L’Envol over other options😊

The lunch course menu is offered at a very decent price.

My partner can’t eat seafood at all, so when we told the staff about this, they offered us many substitutes, which allowed both of us to enjoy our time and food. The staffs also took a nice picture of us and printed it out for us (not a polaroid).

The cheese platter here is just amazing. So fresh and so many variety.

Will definitely come back again😊

My friend invited me to L’ envol during a recent trip to Hong Kong. I must admit the food was so impressive that it really blew me away.  The restaurant was located at the St Regis hotel on its third floor with a beautiful view. The decor of the restaurant was modern and chic with an open kitchen concept. The 2 michelin-starred restaurant is indeed worth visiting. The bread and crqckers were quickly offered the minute we sat down. For appetizers, we opted for the Gamberoni prawns with “violin Courgette” & caviar. The sliced cucumbers placed on top of prawn top with the caviar looked pretty and refreshing indeed. The prawn was served raw, the taste combination burst into my tongue created an  unique and distinct flavor which was pleasantly delicious. The second appetizer was the frogs legs sautéed with amontillado sauce, crispy tuile & cromesquils. To be honest, although this dish is good too especially the sauce but the prawn definitely had stolen the limelight.  We moved on to the main course, we had the Crispy Amadai fish, curly kale in oyster champagne sauce first. I was told that Amadai was a local fish but the chef has managed to bring out the best of the fish. While we savored the firm fresh of the fish, the crispy fish scales did bring the dish to the next level which is pretty appealing to the palate. The second main course was roast pork pluma with brandies plum & sucrine puree. I must say this is probably the best lean pork I had ever tasted. It was so tender and juicy. I think I can have more than one helping for this!!! For the desserts, we opted  for Pistachio Soufflé.  The chef again delievered one of the best Soufflés. Light yet flavorful. We were also offered chocolates and light desserts after 4 course meal. The waiter patiently explained every dish to us as well. This is probably one of the best meal I had so far this year.  I definitely would recommend this restaurant for whoever would like to celebrate for a special occasion.  Superb food, top notch service and great atmosphere! Can’t ask for more.

I’ve been here three times, and it has never disappointed me. L’Envol is one of the rare Michelin-starred restaurants in Hong Kong that maintains food quality, innovation, and service so well. I love the individual booths and the space between tables, which gives guests privacy to stay and enjoy a great experience. Price is very reasonable with lunch sets or signature menus, and their seasonal lunch menu changes every week. I would recommend this 100 percent.
