If they are not a 3 star Michelin restaurant,  I would probably have given 5 stars.

The food was good,  but did not give me that "out of this world" feeling.

Service was great,  but I expect something more.   For example,  I would expect them to take the initiative to give a short introduction of the dishes.

Three of us spent $5300, including a bottle of NZ Chardonnay.  It's quite reasonable considering their Michelin status.

All dishes are delicious. We tried the baked stuffed crab shell, baked rice. But the one that surprised us  is the crispy salted chicken, it is the best Cantonese chicken dishes I ever had. The crispy skin is so delicious and crispy, with the right flavour.

Paid a visit to T’ang Court because of the Michelin 3-star fame. However it was quite disappointing. We found nothing impressive and we had much better dim sum at other places without any Michelin stars. Fortunately it was not too expensive, otherwise I would only rate one star in this google review. Might be dinner could be better?

Absolutely delicious Cantonese cuisine. We went during lunchtime, and the dim sum were great, but the highlight was their fried rice rolls with XO sauce (XO醬煎腸粉), it was unlike any other place that I’ve tried. Even with the 3 Michelin stars, the price was not as crazy as I expected.

Yummy Cantonese cuisines with exceptional service. Fried rice was something we didn’t expect to turn out so well, but it smells so good and tastes good as well. Well deserved 3 Michelin stars. Worth every penny.
