This was our New Year’s Eve dinner. Eaten while we moved from bar to bar before ending up by the harbour for the fireworks.

These buns are famous, and rightly so.

Delicious, soupy, crunchy base, and always the temperature of the surface of the sun no matter how long you wait or how careful you are when eating them.

Go, enjoy, be careful!

Oh and tissues and maybe a wet wipe may be necessary! These are some juicy juicy buns.

I came here close to closing time and there was a long queue but it was very quick. They ran out of their original so I ordered the spicy version of it. There’s no dining in place but they have a small counter where you can eat. The pan fried buns are really juicy!

The line was long, but you’ll be surprised at how quickly you can place your order. The Pan-Fried Buns are delicious! All the flavors are incredibly tasty and worth the wait. However, the service feels a bit rushed due to the long line. Although the menu appears extensive, you’re only allowed to order what the cashier recommends, so there are essentially only a few options available.

No word to describe… I’m always a fan of xiao long bao, but this fried soup dumpling is amazing, savoury, aromatic meat inside.

Original and shrimp is the star here, but truffle is damn up the game by 1 note 🔥

Only take out and non cash is available here, but who cares as long we can taste this damn michelin worthy dish 😍

I can see why it’s gotten so many Michelin stars!!

Definitely worth waiting in line for, but the line goes by really fast!!

I got the spicy buns (OG was old out) (only got 2 as I went at 8:50PM)!! They do sell out by the end of the night, service wasn’t so wow, and there is no place to sit and eat!! So it’s only a takeout option, or side roads to stand and eat!!

It’s definitely worth visiting, and you’ll be surprised at how much meat you’re getting in the buns!! Very juicy and delicious, and full of flavour!!
