Small but genuine Basque restaurant in Osaka. Course meal with 3 fixed items (first dish which is a foie bonbon, the main dish Txuleta, and the basque cheese cache as dessert) while the rest are seasonal. Run end to end by the chef owner who is truly passionate about the basque area of Spain, sometimes the service can be slow, but if you get a counter seat, waiting time is not a problem as you will see the “cocinero” in action. While the main attraction here is the large Txuleta that is being grilled in a typical “parrilla”, all other dishes are very tasty and well executed. Very good selection of Spanish wines.

A small and cozy restaurant with excellent food and great wine.
The chef is alone so the whole course takes some time, but this gives you some more time to enjoy the meal and see how all the dishes come together from scratch. The food is delicious and you get to taste various unique concepts ( won't ruin some of the surprises) but the chef really made an effort to impress and place his signature on the dishes. The wine options are nice and this place is a lovely option for dinner.

Please note that a reservation is a must and you probably need to use pocket concierge for that.

An excellent dining experience executed perfectly by the chef. The food was excellent as was the preparation of each dish. Would definitely recommend to pay a visit.

Note that the dining time will be over 3 hours with a single seating starting at 6pm. This is because the chef handles everything himself from start to finish.

We had an amazing dinner last night. We sat at the bar watching Chef Yamamoto do his thing cooking an amazing 8 dish degustation meal. It was a great night.
