An incredible Fugu experience, provided by caring experts who run a beautiful family-owned business.

Enjoy spectacular drinks recommended by their sommelier (we tried grilled fugu fins in sake and it paired perfectly with everything!), and fugu prepared many ways to highlight its diverse textures and flavors.

The private tatami dining room is also beautiful, with an in-room air purifier which was a great addition.

Spectacular experience, must do in Osaka. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of courses their variety. The chef has more than 40 years of experience preparing fugu and the restaurant is already a second generation. Would recommend to everyone!

A Michelin starred fugu restaurant with a large number of courses to experience a multitude of ways to taste fugu using several different parts of the fish. As sushi, sashimi, in a salad, grilled on a hot stone, as fried karaage, in porridge.  It's all great. The porridge was epic. Run by a father/mother/son team with the father and son cooking and the mother serving/being a sommelier. They are all SUPER NICE. Friendliest staff of any restaurant I've ever been to. They are the kind of people you'd want to eat the meal with you. The private tatami mat room was a  very cool setting to experience the meal.

ここは日本で5つのフグのミシュランレストランの一つです。
フグの食感は、魚でも鶏肉でもない、初めて食べる食感で、10種類の異なる調理方法で、それぞれ全く違う様々な味を感じることができました。
サービスをしてくれた宮崎さんは本当に親切で、食べ物や日本の人々、各地方の特色など、私の数々の質問に丁寧に答えてくれ、笑顔の絶えない店長さんとも少しの間でも会話が弾みました。
このような素敵な人々との出会いと素晴らしい美食体験をさせていただき、ありがとうございました。

I had the unforgettable experience of tasting the most precious fish, pufferfish, for the first time in a Michelin-rated restaurant.
This is one of the five blowfish Michelin restaurants in Japan.
The texture of puffer fish is neither fish nor chicken, and it's the first time I've tasted it, and I was able to experience a variety of completely different flavors from 10 different cooking methods.
The person who served me, Mr. Miyazaki, was really kind, and he carefully answered my many questions about food, Japanese people, and the characteristics of each region. It bounced.
Thank you for allowing me to meet such wonderful people and have such a wonderful gastronomic experience.
It was the best experience in Osaka! We look forward to seeing you again!
