The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease during my dinner. As it was my first experience at a Michelin-star restaurant, I was a little nervous, but I ended up thoroughly enjoying it. The food exceeded all expectations—it was truly next-level. The location, along with the view from the window and rooftop, was absolutely breathtaking. I can't wait to share this experience when I return to Melbourne and spread the word to our customers at the café and restaurant. I wish I remembered his name… the staff who served us… Japanese male staff. If it wasn’t you … we wouldn’t enjoyed this much. Thank you so much.

Amazing dining experience. It’s on top of one of the tallest buildings in Tokyo so you can get a great view. The restaurant smells great, very woodsy. I enjoyed the bread, the duck, the cold noodle dish, and the dish that reminded me of congee. Oh also there were 3 desserts in the end of our course and they were all delicious.

Special shoutout to our French Sommelier who was friendly and did an excellent job providing backstories to each wine in the pairing.

From the first to the last moment a truly wonderful experience. Of course, the setting alone is breathtaking, but every detail of the restaurant and meal is beautifully conceived and executed. The dishes are delightful and delicious, with wonderful flavors and pacing. While recognizably French, the menu has an exciting global perspective. I think this is a course that would be easy for anyone to enjoy. The hospitality matches the menu and is at the top level. Overall this is one of the most exciting new restaurants I have had the pleasure to enjoy in quite some time. I strongly recommend apothéose and will certainly be back.

I was visiting Tokyo and wanted to try something good, and I found this restaurant in the michelin guide

The beautiful name drew me in at once and I decided to go

It turned out to be a great decision, because the food, the service, the ambience, and the aesthetic was amazing!

They don’t just nail the grand scheme of the experience, they also add small touches of mindfulness that could easily be missed if you don’t pay attention.

For example, after I noticed something special about the hand towels, I was told the fragrance was custom made!
The subtle scent really set the stage for the sweet desserts that came after 😋

I couldn’t believe this was rated as one star in the michelin guide because it easily exceeds two and three star restaurants in NY and SF!

Definitely an experience to have!

お店のある49階へは、正直エレベーターを経由するなどしなければならず、中々分かりづらいのはあります。
でも、事前に行き方マップをお店から送ってくれる辺りは流石のホスピタリティ！
49階に登ると、そこには「TOKYONODE SKY GARDEN」と名のついたインフィニティプールが広がり、お店に入る前に夜風を浴びながらの絶景を楽しむ事ができます^ ^

そしてお店入り口の重厚な扉をスタッフさんが開けると、そこには洗練されたシックで落ち着きある空間が広がっていた。
優雅さと温かさが見事に調和し、静かに心を和ませてくれます。
しかも、恐らくこのお店では1番の良席と思われる、端にある円卓のソファーシートへと案内。
ここからの景色といったら、、、
もう最高でしかない⭐︎

アポテオーズでのディナーは、まるで芸術作品に没入するようなひととき。
メニューには、シェフの卓越した技と創造力が詰まった一皿一皿が並び、それぞれが美しくプレートを飾り、まるで食べる宝石。
特に印象的だったメインの「京都弥栄 七谷鴨」は絶妙な火入れと深みのあるソースが至福の調べを奏で、口に運ぶごとに感動が広がりました♪
割とコースの早い段階で「鴨ロースト」を提供されるのだが、これはシェフがお腹がいっぱいになる前に最高のお肉を提供したい！
と言う思いからだそう。

他の料理もどれもこれも想像を超えてくる美味しさで最高の時間を過ごす事ができた。
サービスホスピタリティは、どのレストランよりも群を抜いて良い^ ^
間合いや、料理のタイミングなどなど全く非の打ち所がない完璧さ！

It has the meaning of worshiping or praising as a god, and was named to aim for the top.

On the 49th floor of Toranomon Station Tower, chef Keita Kitamura, who earned one Michelin star in France, makes a triumphant return to Japan, and a gastronomy restaurant, Apoteoise, opens on the top floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower.
This is a French restaurant listed in the Michelin Guidebook [Selected Restaurants].

To be honest, you have to take an elevator to get to the 49th floor, which is where the shop is located, and it can be a bit confusing.
However, the restaurant sends us a map with directions in advance, which is a great example of hospitality!
When you climb to the 49th floor, there is an infinity pool named ``TOKYONODE SKY GARDEN'', and you can enjoy the spectacular view while taking in the night breeze before entering the store ^ ^

When the staff opened the heavy door at the store's entrance, a sophisticated, chic, and calming space opened up.
A perfect blend of elegance and warmth, it quietly soothes the soul.
Furthermore, I was guided to a sofa seat at a round table at the end, which was probably the best seat in this restaurant.
Speaking of the view from here...
It's nothing but the best⭐︎

Dinner at Apotheoise is like immersing yourself in a work of art.
Each dish on the menu is a masterpiece of the chef's skill and creativity, and each plate is beautifully decorated, making it an edible jewel.
The main course, "Kyoto Yasaka Nanaya Kamo", was particularly impressive, and the exquisite pasteurization and deep sauce created a blissful tune, and the excitement spread with every bite.
``Duck roast'' is served relatively early in the course, but the chef wants to serve the best meat before you are full!
This seems to be the reason.

All the other dishes were delicious beyond my imagination and we had a great time.
Service hospitality is by far the best of any restaurant ^ ^
Absolute perfection in terms of spacing, timing of cooking, etc.!

There is no doubt that everyone who comes will be filled with joy and excitement.
The restaurant has already been selected as a Michelin Selected Restaurant, but it won't be long before they receive a Michelin star.
