Came after reading so many reviews and seeing the place as a recommended spot in the Michelin guide. The couple working were very nice and the place is either new or renovated, because it looked well kept. I must say I was expecting a little more, at least when it came to the tsukemen. The noodles were very characteristic, but the broth was kind of light, so at the end it didn’t feel as heavy as tsukemens usually feel.

◻︎The soup is delicate.It's sweet and has a nice texture.
The ramen type featured in Bib Gourmand is not really sharp and the soup has a good balance.
Green onions, green onions, and crunchy small menma.

The courteous customer service and careful work shows that they have a passion for simply providing delicious ramen.

遅めのランチタイム利用。
たまたま近くに来たので寄らせていただきました。
全く評判も知らずだったのですが、2024年にいただいたラーメンの中でベストでした。

醤油そば特製、1500円は2024年の中で最高級でした。
食券機は現金のみ、新紙幣は使えません。

麺は細麺が美しく整えられています。
茹で加減も麺の旨さを引き出す固さで、私好み。
スープは丁寧な仕事をされているのが分かるとてもクリアでスッキリ、それでいて深い味わいです。
ネギは2種類でそれぞれ風味が違います。
味玉は普通です。
またチャーシューがステーキよりも厚い！そして柔らかく上品な味。

デフォルトラーメンが1000円、特製は500円アップしますが、食べる価値あります。

駐車場は店の近くにコインパーキングが数カ所あります。

I didn't know anything about its reputation, but it was the best ramen I've had in 2024.

The soy sauce soba special, 1500 yen, was the highest quality in 2024.

The noodles are beautifully arranged with thin noodles.
The consistency of boiling brings out the flavor of the noodles, which is my preference.
The soup is very clear and refreshing, and you can tell that the work has been done carefully, yet it has a deep flavor.
There are two types of green onions, each with a different flavor.
Flavored eggs are normal.
Also, the chashu is thicker than steak! And the taste is soft and elegant.

The default ramen costs 1000 yen, and the special ramen costs 500 yen more, but it's worth it.

初訪問！2017年6月にオープンされたお店です。
西荻窪駅から徒歩10分ほどの路地裏にて発見！土曜日の開店30分前到着で2番目にて入店です。

フワッと香る節系の香りが心地よい鶏ベースの淡麗醤油スープに、全粒粉入りの自家製中部と平打ちストレート麺をつけて。BGM無しの空間でいただく研ぎ澄まされた一杯。醤油感は控えめで出汁の奥行き、繊細さを全身で感じました。そして自家製麺がやっぱり美味しんです。

ホロホロ豚チャーシューが最高だったので是非味わってください。スープ割りまであっという間の完飲。ご馳走様でした！

Found in a back alley about 10 minutes walk from Nishi-Ogikubo Station! I arrived 30 minutes before opening on Saturday and was the second person to enter.

A chicken-based tanrei soy sauce soup with a fluffy and pleasant fragrance, served with homemade whole wheat noodles and flat straight noodles. A well-honed cup served in a space without background music. The soy sauce was subtle, and I could feel the depth and delicacy of the soup stock throughout my body. And the homemade noodles are absolutely delicious.

The Guinea Pork Char Siu was the best so please try it. I finished the soup in no time. Thank you for the meal!

平日14時過ぎ来店で待ち無し。半分以上空いてたため、平日にピークをずらせば並ばず入れそうです。
売り切れメニューも、今回はありませんでした。

1000円の醤油そばを食べました。
私は20代女性ですが量が腹7分目くらいの量だったため、空腹の場合は大盛りやライスをつけると良いかと思います。

駐輪場もあります。

醤油味、煮干、削り節の香りが良く、上品でさすがミシュランという味でした。

There was no wait when I arrived after 2pm on weekdays. It was more than half empty, so if you shift the peak hours to weekdays, you might be able to get in without lining up.
There were no sold out menu items this time.

I ate soy sauce soba for 1000 yen.
I'm a woman in my 20s, and the portion was about 7 minutes full, so if you're hungry, I think it's best to have a large serving or rice.
