We stayed here for one night and it was perfect, a great location to visit the Asakusa sights. A lovely hotel, beautifully designed and friendly staff, a great base for exploring this part of Tokyo. The only slight drawback was the breakfast service which was slow, but this was being served by only one gentleman so he was extremely busy meaning the food came out slow. The management should help this guy and give him an extra pair of hands!! The breakfast was lovely by the way. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I'm back to write this review three weeks after our visit, as I felt the place deserved one. The room was beautiful and well apointed, they had allowed us to forward our luggage on from Osaka and it was in our room waiting when we arrived. The area was probably our favorite in Tokyo, though we were only there a couple of nights. There are bars and resturants all around and at night the number of tourists drops drastically. The staff here were polite, kind and thoughtful throughout our visit. The only negative is the misleading photographs of rooms with balconies and views of the tower - we did think we were getting such a room after the booking process. That said the room was one of the bigger ones we saw on our trip, comfortable and clean. Recomended, but book if for the location and staff and not the view.

We stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days, and it was a huge mistake. For $210 USD per night (taxes included), we expected much better accommodations. The standard room we were given was incredibly small and looked nothing like the photos online. It was misleading and disappointing.

We wanted to upgrade to one of the rooms with a balcony, like the ones in their promotional pictures, and we were more than willing to pay the price difference. However, the receptionist—who wasn’t well-versed in English—referred us to the male manager. While the manager spoke fluent English, he was rude and dismissive. He claimed the rooms we wanted were fully booked, but that didn’t add up. During our entire stay, we only saw 3-5 other guests, and most of the time, we had the elevators entirely to ourselves.

The hotel’s location only made things worse. It’s in a narrow alley that’s hard to access, especially for larger vehicles like our Alphard van, which struggled to navigate around a large pole in the middle of the road. Adding to the frustration, the Asakusa area is extremely congested with tourists who walk without regard for vehicles. The chaos made getting in and out of the area a headache.

Breakfast wasn’t included either, which felt like another letdown given the high nightly rate. For $210 per night, you can find far better accommodations with better service and amenities.

If you’re considering staying here or in the Asakusa area, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Stay outside of Asakusa, where you’ll find more peaceful surroundings and better hotels. With this price, it’s smarter to stick to trusted international hotel brands that consistently deliver quality and professionalism. This was a frustrating experience, and we won’t be making the same mistake again.

The rooms are big, but have no blinds, so you will wake up at 6am with sun on your face and will get roasted. Today we got back to our room and the aircon was off, the room was at 36C, they took 15 mins to come fix the Aircon and only because I insisted.
The staff barely speak any english  and won't fix any of the issues you have. They have a set of rules for cleaning, but they won't explain them to you, so good luck getting clean towels!
Biggest rooms in Tokyo for this price. But you pay it in blood.
We stayed in another hotel one steet over, way smaller, cheaper, but it was a much better experience

We spent two nights here to explore some of Tokyo. Excellent location for shrines, towers and restaurants. Service could not have been better, we were able to borrow bikes, an iron and a speaker free of charge. Beds extremely comfy and a great view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helped us book a 4am taxi to the airport too.
