I had an outstanding dining experience here. The service was exceptional, with Jenny, Demi, and Mica providing attentive and friendly care throughout our meal. Their positive attitudes truly enhanced our visit. The food was absolutely delicious—especially the crab, which was incredibly fresh, and the Su-style smoked cod, which was truly impressive. I highly recommend this place for both its excellent service and fantastic cuisine.

Amazing culinary experience, very deserving of its Michelin status and there is absolutely nothing  to complain about. Given how we have been repeatedly disappointed by the guide recently, this has restored some faith back.

Huaiyang is deserving of its 2 Michelin stars. Food is certainly high standard and absolutely tasty. The lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice and layered with osmanthus sauce is good. Tai fish was steamed to perfection and firm flesh tasted well without mud smell. The pork is stellar! The black pig with truffle was tender melt in the mouth. Yangzhou fried rice was very good as well. Staff certainly try very hard to accomodate and made my father’s birthday memorable. Only small thing was eagerness to remind me to fill in tripadvisor but that’s the power of the internet. Menu is available on their website so do check out prices if you are intrigued.

What a surprised and satisfied dinner.
Jenny and her colleague explained and served our meal very well. They are professional, I can feel their service system and most of all every dish was wonderful.
Especially I am a fan of tea.Their tea were also really high end level.
I will visit this restaurant for my every visit to Macau.
If you have only one time slot for dinner, you should go HuaiYang Garden.

Every dish it served will definitely come with an aroma and after I taste it my eyes will usually be 😳 so why not come and try it yourself. Carmen who attended to us was tremendous. Her recommendation is excellent and her explanation on every dish is so clear.
