Best omakase tried this year.
The food is incredibly fresh, luxurious and beautifully presented.
Chef Katori is visibly shy yet tries his best to engage and pose for shots with his signature comedic grin!
Totally welcoming and attentive.
In all honesty, there is nothing I can nitpick about.
Truly Michelin-star and pocket-damage worthy.

Visited this lovely establishment for an anniversary celebration, and ordered 1 ayame & 1 fuji omakase set.

Katori-san was extremely genuine, warm and hospitable! Worth every single dollar spent, from atmosphere, customer experience, decor, culinary finesse, masterful techniques and impeccable service.

He and his team also added personal touches for any customers celebrating special occasions! (e.g birthdays/anniversary)

Treating his restaurant as his home, and personally sending/walking the guests off when they have finished (even though he had just recovered from a leg surgery with a huge cast), speaks volume of him as a person.

Thank you very much for hosting us and the unforgettable experience!

First time having omakase in singapore and it was definitely the perfect place you want to be at for your first time. Opted for the nigiri dinner course but for lunch timing at 1215pm. Celebrated my anniversary with my gf here and safe to say we'll probably make this a yearly thing 🤣

Every fish was so fresh and every dish/nigiri was perfectly executed. I feel bad i didnt catch the chef that served me but special thank you to ban for the best service and letting us tap into his secret stash 🤫

Chef katori is an absolute champ/chad having an injury with his legged casted up but still working. 👏🏻

In summary my description or words will not fo this place justic you just cant describe masters of their craft and perfection. Go down and experience it first hand but please dont crowd the place i still wanna go there 🤣

Loved it. Been following Katori san for a few years now. Took the 250 menu. Standouts were those in my pictures - smoked mackerel, leather jacket with liver and anago. Special treat for those celebrating their birthdays there!

This was perfection. I went alone on a Sunday evening, and kind of ‘stumbled’ across this place (google maps restaurant higher ratings in the area I was in).
I wasn’t expecting to have the best Omakase of my life but WOW, I got it!
The decor is simply beautiful, the details on the woodwork and panels are deceiving complex. It’s clean, perfect temperature, perfect lighting for the sensory experience you’re about to have.
I was asked if I had preferences. I love uni and chu toro, and expressed so. Turns out this Omakase was already perfectly aligned with my tastes.
Each dish was utterly amazing. It was the first ‘autumnal’ menu of the year which involved a few delicious mushroom additions.
The best pieces for me were the hand roll (minced toro, chu toro and o toro in a perfectly crispy seaweed case. The uni was incredible.
And the extremely rich and delicious abelone liver dish is insane.

This place is incredible. Thank you chef.  My photos won’t do it close to justice, but serve as a memory for me if the best omakase I’ve ever had. Worth every cent.
