Really great experience. The food was very interesting. The service was exceptional. The host was very friendly and chatty. The staff members took time to explain each dish and what made it special. And even the owner/chef came and had a chat with us. Would go again!

One of the best dining experiences I had in Singapore. They should be at least 2 Michelin star.  The food was SO good except for the second fishy dish. The story telling is amazing. The wine pairing could be better but the food was really out of the world. Would definitely come back again. Kudos to the amazing service and staff!

I want to say that if you only had one chance to have an omakase dinner in Singapore, make it with Nouri. Then again, I want to say that Nouri is not a place for inexperienced omakase diners. The complexity of the dishes and the amount of thought that goes into preparation - this is not for amateurs. This place is so intense that it is only for mastery level. You have to slowly work your way up fine dining, and then at the end - at the pinnacle of them all - there is Nouri.

In terms of service - Wyman is probably the most passionate and knowledgeable F&B host I’ve ever met. I’ve actually stared at him wondering how he does this everyday day in day out without feeling fatigue. His level of enthusiasm to share and to educate is insane and off the charts. What a genius. He is on a totally different level.

From start till end, the entire dining theme is so well thought of and so strong. Nouri is a genuine bonafide masterpiece created by genius level artists: the Chef and the Host and for only the most discerning diners.

Dining at Nouri was such a memorable experience! Chef Ivan Brehm’s creativity and his team’s efforts really shine through in every dish, blending flavors from different cultures in the most unexpected ways. Beautiful, inventive food in an environment that is both cool/aesthetic and warm/inviting.

Excellent service, especially from Wyman - who is a charming host/ambassador - and from the French gentleman who described our wines.

If I could change one thing it would be the desserts - I enjoy experimental savoury food, but I like to end a meal with a dessert that is a little more traditional. Chocolate sorbet with fried anchovies was interesting, and well-conceived, but not particularly comforting, which is one of the purposes of a good dessert. The more traditional petit fours and a birthday cake (thanks!) mostly made up for it.

All in all, lovely, and I hope to come back one day.
