독특함에서는 바질라멘 파는 잇텐고가 생각나고,
전반적으로 음식이 맛있고 배불러도 리소또는 꼭 해먹는 건 추천 결국 리소토까지 먹으면 국물한숟 -> 면 한 젓가락 -> 밥으로 마무리해서 계석 입안의 즐거움을 느낄 수 있다. 백김치도 청양고추소스도 파이탄 위에 올라가는 오일도 허투루 하지 않은 집!

In terms of uniqueness, it reminds me of Ittengo, which sells basil ramen.
Overall, the food is delicious, and even if you are full, I recommend eating risotto. In the end, if you eat risotto, you can finish it with a spoonful of soup -> a chopstick of noodles -> rice, and you can feel the pleasure in your mouth. This is a house where white kimchi, Cheongyang pepper sauce, and oil on top of the pie are not wasted!

연남동에 있는 라멘집이다. 25년 미슐랭에 선정되어 있는곳이기도 하다.

보통의 라멘집이 1층에 있는데에 비해 건물 4층에 위치해있기 때문에 잘 보고 찾아와야할 듯하다.
12시 30분쯤 도착했을 때 3팀 정도 들어와 있어서 웨이팅없이 바로 입장했다.

메뉴판은 아래 사진을 참고하면 좋다.
라멘은 교카이파이탄을 매우 추천한다. 닭고기 차슈가 매우 부드럽고 또 김오일이 뿌려져있는데 비주얼도 일반 라멘이 아니라 다이닝에서 볼법한 모습이었고 스프맛도 매우 깊다.

특이하게 라멘에 바게트조각이 들어가있는데 셰프가 프렌치레스토랑을 운영하고 있다는걸 여실히 보여주는 대목이다.

솥밥과 치즈는 필수다. 혼자먹기에 양이 좀 많지만 가이드에서도 추천하는 조합이기에 안시킬수 없다.
갓 지은 솥밥에 국물을 적당히 부어주고 같이 주는 치즈를 조금 많이 넣어주고 비벼주면 맛있는 리조또가 완성이된다. 국물 양 조절이 관건인데 알아서 잘 깔끔하고 센스있게 하시길...

추가면은 마지막 사진처럼 양념이 되어서 나오는데 시큼한게 호불호 갈릴듯(필자는 호)

This is a ramen restaurant in Yeonnam-dong. It is also a place that has been selected by Michelin for 25 years.

Unlike most ramen restaurants on the first floor, it is located on the 4th floor of a building, so you will have to look carefully before coming here.
When we arrived around 12:30, there were about 3 groups there so we entered right away without waiting.

For ramen, I highly recommend Kyokai Paitan. The chicken char siu was very soft and drizzled with seaweed oil. It looked like something you would see at a restaurant rather than regular ramen, and the soup taste was very deep.

Uniquely, there are baguette pieces in the ramen, which clearly shows that the chef runs a French restaurant.

Pot rice and cheese are essential. It's a bit big for me to eat alone, but since it's a combination recommended by the guide, I can't resist ordering it.
A delicious risotto is completed by pouring an appropriate amount of broth into freshly cooked pot rice, adding a little more cheese and mixing it together. Controlling the amount of soup is key, so do it neatly and with good sense...

The additional noodles come seasoned as shown in the last photo, but the sourness seems to be divisive (I like it).

Recommended if you want to try something different after eating heavy and thick ramen.

감칠맛 하나는 확실한 라멘집

메뉴얼 따라서 먹어 봤는데 이야기된 대로 국물에서 감칠맛이 확 느껴지네요. 청양고추로 만들어진 장을 또 넣으니까 매콤한 맛도 챙길 수 있었네요. 그리고 식후에 밥이랑 치즈랑 백김치랑 해서 리조또 만들어 먹을 수 있는 점도 독특하고 좋았습니다.

참고로 사이드는 상상하시는 맛이 나니까 배부르실 것 같다면 굳이 시키진 마세요

A ramen restaurant with a definite flavor

I tried it according to the menu, and as mentioned, I could clearly taste the richness of the soup. I was able to enjoy a spicy taste by adding sauce made from Cheongyang peppers. Also, it was unique and nice to be able to make risotto with rice, cheese, and white kimchi after a meal.

By the way, the sides taste as you imagine, so don't bother ordering them if you think you'll be full.

교카이파이탄 라멘, 부추시오라멘, 테바히토에보시,통실한 새우 춘권튀김 주문했습니다. 웨이팅없이 입장했고 4층이라그런지 사람들이 많진않았습니다. 엘리베이터에도 건물에도 일본어로만 가게 상호명이 있어서 일어를 전혀모르는사람은 가게를 찾기 어려울거라 생각이듭니다.인테리어는 깔끔했고 가운데 좌석이 다른사람과 마주보고 식사하는 자리라 불편했습니다.
전체적으로 기름기많은 음식들이었고 밑반찬이 백김치하나만 달랑 있어서 너무 물렸습니다 탄산음료같은것도 없었구요 나무트레이에 라멘한그릇에 나뒹구는 나무 젓가락.  성의없어보이고 트레이때문에 빈약해보입니다 제일중요한건 트레이때문에 사이드음식을 놓고 나눠먹는데 애매합니다 좁아요 1명손님한테만 트레이에 담아주시는게 나을것같습니다2명이서는 걸리적 거립니다. 반찬은 백김치랑 초무침이라던지 기름기를 잡아줄 반찬이 더있었음 좋겠어요 아니면 자유롭게 반찬 덜어먹을수있게 테이블위에 백김치 배치해주시거나요 따로주시는건데 직원분 센스 부족합니다. 다먹던지 말던지 신경쓰지도 않고 관심도없어요 1명이서 홀을 보는데 바빠보여서 반찬 더 달라말하기도 그렇고 눈마주칠때까지 기다리는것도 불편했습니다

I ordered Kyokai Paitan Ramen, Chichu Shio Ramen, Tebahito Eboshi, and Plump Shrimp Spring Roll Tempura. I entered without waiting and there weren't many people, perhaps because it was on the 4th floor. I think it would be difficult for people who don't know any Japanese to find the store because the name of the store is only in Japanese, both in the elevator and in the building. The interior was clean, but the middle seat was uncomfortable because it was a place to eat while facing other people.
Overall, the food was greasy, and the side dish was only white kimchi, so I was very hungry. There was no soda or anything, and wooden chopsticks were scattered around a bowl of ramen on a wooden tray.  It looks insincere and it looks poor because of the tray. The most important thing is that it is difficult to share side dishes because of the tray. It is narrow. I think it would be better to serve only one guest on the tray. It would be a problem for two people. I wish there were more side dishes to cut down on the fat, such as white kimchi and vinegared salad. Or, they put white kimchi on the table so people can eat it freely. They serve it separately, but the staff lacks sense. I don't care or have any interest in whether I finish eating or not. I was watching the hall with just one person, but he seemed busy, so it was uncomfortable to ask for more side dishes or to wait until we made eye contact.
Kyokai paitan ramen is better than chive shio ramen. It's like gomtang, but the green onion flavor goes well together and it's delicious.
The shio ramen was like pork stew. It was delicious, but you can taste this much at other places.
