I recently visited Rose Espresso, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming despite the average pricing. Here are my observations:

Service Timing: The dishes and coffees were served separately. Mine arrived first, followed later by my companion's, which was inconvenient and disrupted the meal experience.

Presentation and Flavor: The chef seems to lack a sense of presentation. The flavors of the ingredients didn’t harmonize well, making the dishes less enjoyable.

Freshness of Bread: The bread was noticeably not fresh, having been stored in the fridge for an unknown duration, which detracted from the meal's quality.

An important detail is that we were the only patrons in the restaurant at 10 am, so there was no rush or high volume of orders to justify the lackluster service and quality.

On a positive note, the coffee itself was excellent. If you're only looking for a good cup of coffee, this place might be worth a visit. However, for a satisfying breakfast experience, there are other venues nearby that offer better value for your money. The ambiance of Rose Espresso is cozy and it likely had better days, but currently, it needs significant improvements to justify the tourist prices they charge

I would highly recommend you come to this amazing cosy cafe in Phuket old town. The cafe has a variety of drinks and food with a laid back atmosphere. Very vintage.

Food was fast and excellent, and the menu had options for the whole family. The bacon was perfect! The staff was friendly and attentive. Between the coffee, teas, and food we felt great afterwards, are ready to tackle the rest of Old town.
