Such an incredible experience. Make sure you go with an empty tummy as the food is absolutely delicious!
All the staff, including the head chef were very passionate about the experience and very personable. If you're in Thailand and have the time, it's definitely worth attending. I know I'll be back :)

The food was amazing, so many different flavours in one bite. It was very expensive, this was a treat for my birthday. If you want something out of the ordinary, and experience fabulous dishes, then give this place a try.

Certainly a unique dining experience. I love that there was a story for every course. An intimate experience, where you really get to know the team. From the second you walk in, they already have a course prepared for you. We had the non alcoholic pairing, and even that had so much thought put into it.

Chef Luca is clearly very passionate and actively seeking feedback. To say anymore would be to spoil so...

Our only regret is not being able to bring the bread home (the namesake of the restaurant), as it is CLOSED ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY, and we flew off Thursday morning.

We went to Smokaccia for the 9 course tasting menu for lunch and the culinary experience offered by Luca and his team was absolutely outstanding from a technical and aesthetics perspective.

The dining room offers a warm and bright ambient that embedds well with the smoked signature courses that were presented.

We went with the non-alcoholic drinks pairing which fit well in the sequence in which it was presented but never threatened to overpower the taste of the food.

Personally we were especially surprised by the salad interpretation and the soft pork belly - but I am sure that you will find your personal favorite here for sure.

Also we appreciated that Luca took the time to discuss with us about our experience and we can only marvel at the beautiful place and experience he and his partners managed built there.

When I am in Phuket again I am looking forward to enjoy the dinner menu.

Visiting Smokaccia Laboratory is a must have for those who wish to have the full fine dining experience in Phuket.
