In my opinion, this is one of best tasting menu we had in Bangkok. More about using the best quality ingredients and closer to Japanese omakase but cooked using modern French technique. The service team is well trained and attentive. Max capacity is 14 per seating so better make reservation well in advance.

This is a restaurant where you can feel the chef's determination in making each menu with delicacy. Chef Hao represented the best side of the ingredients in the dish. Ika somen was my favorite. I’ve never thought Thai squid could taste this good pairing with chenin blanc wine gave a sweet after taste. Also duck was superior. Normally I’m not a fan of duck skin. It was crisp and aromatic.
