I celebrated my 21st back in Feb here, and it was an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere is warm and stylish, perfect for a special occasion. We started with the Fougasse with butter and olive oil, which was deliciously crispy and soft, and the Sydney oysters, which were fresh and briny—absolutely fantastic.

The mains and sides were equally impressive, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the relaxed yet refined vibe.

Overall, Fred’s made my birthday celebration memorable. It’s a top-notch spot in Paddington for great food and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Average food, lacking flavour.. the oysters were  amazing. The set menu seemed appealing, but the lamb was dry and the prawns were very chewy. The bread was amazing and the dessert was on par.
The service was good, the waiter was very informative about the menu..
The aesthetics were pleasing.

Everything from the ambiance to the service to the food was impeccable. The cocktails and food were absolutely delicious.

It was a 6⭐️ experience! Staffs was very friendly and very experienced on explaining the menu. Also we’re very happy on giving us the best table on the restaurant! Food was superbly good! From starters, mains and desserts! Highly recommended!

Love the farm to table concept here. The head chef is such talent for modern Australian cuisine. The food, service and interior design are all incredible! You can tell if the interior of a restaurant is good by the bathroom is nice and the bathroom is one of the nicest I’ve seen in Sydney.
