We went here after a recommendation from a friend. I agree with them that I think this is the best Japanese food in Melbourne. Our waitress was lovely and really helped explain the menu and gave us good recommendations. We really enjoyed our meal the food and service both excellent.

What an Incredible experience. I've booked the Chef's Table Experience " and the whole menu was incredibly taste, pure and fresh japanese set menu full of fresh fish and stunning presentation .

Kisumé was fantastic. All of the dishes were absolutely devine. The only call out was that we were quite disappointed to find out the recommended wine was $80 a glass (without notice). Do better, Kisume 👎🏼

Service to accommodate our diner with dietary requirements was very good. They had a reminder card in front of her and manually marked her menu with items she could not order.

For the price paid, the nigiri could have been more draped on the rice than sitting atop.
